The house is a beautiful, lower-level duplex walk out basement. It has one of the best views in the area with its stunning panoramic views. It is very private. The guests enter at the back of the property and have an entire beautiful 1/2 acre to themselves while the owners enter up front and have their own separate 1/2 acre. We seldom cross paths except for some yard maintenance. The extra-large windows help you enjoy the fantastic view. Grab a cup of coffee or tea and watch your cares melt away as you absorb the wonderful mountain view. Mountain View Golf Course sits behind the house, which leaves the view wide open to enjoy the perfect view of the breathtaking Wasatch mountains. The outdoor area is what makes this home stand out from all the rest. There is a huge private patio, secluded relaxing hot tub, gazebo, seasonal heated pool, propane fire pit, and outdoor heaters. There is a BBQ grill available for your use. The pictures truly don’t give the experience justice. The Pool is heated seasonally which is generally open Memorial-Labor Day.
