"It is really good for price and easy to go places in DC. The Room is clean and the people in here is sooo good, They have a pool in hotel so summer would be better. They have a tub and I can easily fill up hot water in the tub. I highly recommend this place"

"It's an old hotel, but the two-king-bed suite is really comfortable. It has a spacious living room, desk area, dining space, balcony, entrance area, and a wraparound balcony that you can go out. You can imagine the sense of form of a good hotel decades ago. The outdoor pool is lovely in the summer. The location is great! It is very close to the zoo and the very quiet and beautiful Rock Creek Park. There are also many restaurants in the Woodley Park area, and it is a 5-10 minute walk from the subway station. Good value for money! The service is average, and the front desk staff on different shifts don't seem to have smooth handovers with each other. They changed us to a single-bed suite midway. The room was much smaller. The mattress on the sofa bed was a bit too bad to sleep on. Please update some of the old furniture in time!"

"The location of the hotel is very close to the White House. Although the room is a bit small, it is clean and tidy. "Such a lovely hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was great. Octopus appetizer, hamburger and salmon dish were all amazing. def recommend. Staff were nice. But the vallet was sooo expensive. $60 per night. i heard that you can park $30 per night just next to hotel. But there was a random male underwear on the top of the closet. Except the parking and cleanliness, everything was great and would like to stay again if i visit DC again."

"Location was so convenient to eating places and attractions like the WA monument, congress House. Staff were friendly. Husband and I came down from Las Vegas to our daughter and her family in Chester, VA. We drove to WA DC for New Year and it was so much fun. The hotel also has children’s play corner and our grand daughter had so much fun!"
