"There is a car to pick up and drop off at the airport. The room is clean and tidy. There is no kettle or tea and coffee. There is drinking water next to the elevator. It is probably because they consider that the guests staying in the hotel are catching a flight and have no time to make it. I agreed to have a car to take me to the airport at 6:20 in the morning. I came out at 6:10 and saw a taxi waiting. The driver ignored me. At 6:21, I went back to the front desk to ask. After a lot of operations, the front desk told me that the driver had arrived long ago. I went back to ask about the car. The driver asked me which room I was from. It turned out that I had to find the driver to tell him the room number. Then why didn't they remind me when I checked in and checked out? The people on duty at the front desk looked like children and lacked experience."

Overall, everything was fine, but there was one noticeable downside: the pillows in the room were lumpy, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. If it weren't for this detail, the hotel would be absolutely perfect for a short stopover. Otherwise, it’s a perfectly decent transit option."

"The room was clean and it was a very comfortable stay. It was close to the airport and we arrived in less than 10 minutes by bus. Access to the city center was also easy by bus in about 30 minutes, which was very convenient! The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked properly, the shower water pressure was fine, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. It was a shame that there was no hairdryer in the room, but even so, it was a satisfying stay!"

"This hotel is in a great location right in the centre walking distance to loads of shops, restaurants, bars, and public transport to other areas of the city. It is fairly modern with good facilities for a city break or business trip. In places the decor and carpets in corridors were a little tired but the rooms were in nice condition and very clean. I did find the shower annoying as it ran hot and cold intermittently in my room, but not for all of my friends in other rooms. The main road where some rooms face can be noisy but not so much in the middle of the night. It is light road and city noise, not crowd or music noise. I really enjoyed the breakfast and glad I opted for it each morning. The restaurant area is nice and always busy which is a good sign. If you are looking for an English breakfast, this isn't your place, but I enjoyed trying polish breakfast things. There is scrambled egg, sausage, toast, pancakes etc. but there is also things like chickpea salads, olives, smoked fish, and pickles. I'm looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to Warsaw."
