One downside is that there was no soundproofing — I could hear traffic noise, especially from trams and buses starting as early as 5 AM, which made it hard to sleep in. I also had an issue with my flight ticket and needed to make phone calls within Poland. The hotel staff were very helpful and allowed me to use the phone without charging any extra fees. I really appreciated their support during that stressful time."
