If you are looking for convenience and comfort in Warsaw, this is the place to be. Location & Accessibility The location is simply perfect. It is a mere 5-minute walk from the Central Railway Station (Warszawa Centralna), making arrival and departure incredibly stress-free. Furthermore, the hotel serves as a great starting point for sightseeing; it is a very pleasant stroll away from the Zygmunt’s Column, the Presidential Palace, and the Royal Castle. The Room I stayed in an Executive Room, which was impressively spacious and spotlessly clean. The room offered wonderful views of the city, providing a great atmosphere to relax in after a long day of exploring. Amenities & Service Breakfast: The morning spread was comprehensive and delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Staff: The reception team deserves a special mention—they were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. Veredict: Whether you are in town for business or leisure, I highly recommend Hotel Metropol for its unbeatable location and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!"

"There was shampoo! It was within walking distance to the central station. It was an old building, but it was clean. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a suitcase."
