"The girls at the reception are so unfriendly. You won't ask them anything extra, which is very unusual. Usually even the worst hostel can be saved by great friendly staff. Next. They gave me a walk-through room. That is, I deliberately chose a room with fewer beds to feel safe. But while I'm sleeping, strangers literally walk past me and my things🤡 I closed the door to the room several times, but each time it turned out to be unlocked. I told the reception about this, they told me that ”no, the room is not a walk-through, but yes, there are 2 doors”. When I commented that someone was walking there all night, I only received indignation in the form of shaking my head🤡 The hostel has a common area near the reception area, but it is uncomfortable to be there. There is no kitchen. The bathroom and shower are separate for men, separately for women. The interior is depressing. Naked men with bellies are walking along the corridor🤡. The bed in the room is creaky. There is no air conditioning. After my experience of staying in many hostels in Europe, this one turned out to be the worst🥸"

"I had a great stay at Airport Hotel Okęcie. The location is absolutely perfect—very close to the airport, which made everything extremely convenient, especially with an early flight the next morning. The hotel is just about 1 km from Warsaw Chopin Airport, so it’s an ideal choice for travellers. Everything was very smooth and well-organised. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the airport, and my transfer at 8 AM was perfectly on time and stress-free. This really made a difference, as I didn’t have to worry about transport at all - just wake up and go. The shuttle runs regularly and is a big advantage for early departures (but you need to reserve it at the reception first). The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet enough to get proper rest before the flight. Overall, the whole experience felt very easy and efficient. I would definitely say this is one of the best options if you have an early flight or just want to relax and recharge before travelling. Highly recommended!"

"Its a very good budget hotel with several options based on your budget, from individual rooms to shared rooms. They seems to have good rules for everyone to follow, which is good. There was a small issue with my stay as i was asked to pay for breakfast at the restaurant while i had paid in advance at the time of booking. I told the lady many times that i have paid already and showed the voucher as well, but she was not impressed. that was bit annoying. Matter was resolved in the end, when she accepted her mistake and apologized. That is a sign of good people. So, in the end good experience."

"We stayed at the Presidentail many years ago when it was the Marriott. Little has changed. The location is perfect on the bus routes directly to the airport and Old Town and opposite the Central Railway station to all the major Polish cities and even to neighbouring countries. The room on the 38th floor had the best view over the Cultural Palace Złoty Terasy Mall and the surrounding district including a view of the Old Town and Castle all the way to the coutryside. The room itself could do with a refresh and some of the fixtures could do with some maintenance. The bathroom was small but functional with some amenities. Breakfast was plentiful varied and decent quality. The freshly squeezed juices especially good."

"Beautiful environment, great location with convenient transportation. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. "Great location, close to the very walkable Nowy Świat avenue which leads all the way to the Old Town. Facilities were very clean and quite nice. One complaint - walls are thin, so you will be hearing noise from the main corridor (where the reception desk lies) and adjacent rooms."

DDaffidAt beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed. In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.
