At the time of Checkin in, they did not find my reservation, even if I insisted to pass the booking code I had received, I explained that I had called in the hotel days before to confirm my reservation and the person confirmed.
After about 10 minutes of wait, the responsible person found the reservation.
It was a little big saying that the hotel does not make a telephone reservation confirmation ... Finally, as I had gone on this trip to participate in a competition, I didn't want to bother me with it. I just wanted to come and stay.

Deceptive!
I've always been a fā of the Senac school hotels.
Perhaps after the pandemic the quality of products and services had to be ”forgotten” to meet a new market reality.
Although the service has always been affordable, we pass some constraints such as: dressing dressing our door at 7:30 p.m., refusing to book a table for bean and when we arrive there is a table reserved that we can only occupy after We call a supervisor, the quality of the cafe of the manhā equivalent to a 2-star hotel and refuse to grant 2 hours late check-out even if there is no reservation for the same apartment on the date.
Finally, I hope I can have another opportunity to experience the glamour that the hotel has already had with the quality of service compatible with the values charged.

The location is better, just by the sea, there is a big supermarket not far from the side. Driving from the airport is just ten minutes. Breakfast is more general. In general. Very good.

The hotel has an excellent location very close to a bar and restaurant area. It has many shopping near and just a few squares from the beach of the city. I felt it was a safe place. Very good attention to your staff. The hotel is very clean and modern. The room was very good and I had a very comfortable bed and I stayed a little bit small, though I have to say I knew it was to be by my choice when booking. Breakfast was very good. I would certainly return to this place.

GGuest UserMy stay was for a couple. We arrived in the room and there was a blanket that was basically a single blanket and 2 very low pillows that looked like they could only fit one person. I called to ask for another pillow and they told me they didn't have any more. As a result, I didn't sleep very well.
The service was very good, the hotel was well located and clean. The only thing that left something to be desired was this detail.

IIgor MiguelI booked a double room and when I arrived I discovered that the bed was actually two single beds that had been pushed together. I went to celebrate my anniversary and had to sleep with a hole in the middle of the bed. When I checked in I was informed that the hotel was full, and since I had already removed all my clothes from my suitcase, I didn't contact the reception, especially because it is the hotel's responsibility to ensure that the bed assigned to me will be the same one that was reserved. I also found the air conditioning to be weak, as if something was blocking it. The breakfast, especially the sweet options, were not tasty and left much to be desired.

HhtaricanoThe Sheraton Hotel in Vitória offers a comfortable stay, though it feels a bit expensive compared to what you might find for a similar price at hotels in other countries. That said, the exceptional service provided by the staff truly stands out—they create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere that makes the experience worthwhile. I have always enjoyed staying here, even back when it operated under a different name. The breakfast is delicious, and the hotel's central location adds to its appeal.
The pool is now heated at 30C which is a very nice addition to the stay.

TTaggart NeumanasHotel location is good a short walk to the beaches, shopping centre and local bars. There is a good supermarket 2 mins walk away. Room was large and newly decorated, shower was one of the best ever in a hotel room! New web enabled TV with Netflix etc. Included breakfast had a large selection of hot and cold dishes and was a great start to the day. Bar was reasonably priced and all the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. A great stay, can't wait to stay again :)

Better than the shower, only the breakfast, we were impressed with the care. You can also have breakfast in the outdoor area, looking out over the sea and catching some sun. There was even a healthy cake option!
At breakfast we were well served by Thiago!
