"The hotel is fine and the room is exactly what was described, the staff are very polite and helpful. It has pools and jacuzzi. However, in the advert they offer a free breakfast which also indicated in the booking confirmation but upon arrival I was informed that breakfast is not included :( . Apparently, the issue is with the app and not wiht the hotel."

"Great location. Loved the balcony. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. It had sprinģs coming through. The breakfast was nice even though it was reduced due to covid. The hoteĺ was very clean. The front desk workers were great. We would definitely stay here again."

"This is normally an easy go to for my kids birthdays but this trip was poor! I booked for a king suite and only got a room with a queen bed, they stated that they did not have king suites! Or any rooms in the entire hotel with king beds!!! I was obviously very upset because of what I paid for and it was not worth it! Also checking in was a very long and drawn out! I stood in a line for over 45 minutes! I am not typically a person to complain or even write a review to complain, if I don’t have anything good to say I just don’t review at all, but I was very thrown back by this stay! I will be calling customer service tomorrow with my complaint!"

"The location of the hotel is excellent, parking is convenient, and the sea view is invincible. The living room and bedroom of the suite are separated for easy sea view and rest. You can sit in the living room and watch the sea, or you can go to the balcony to see the wider sea. It is worth mentioning that the balcony windows are very soundproof. Breakfast is also very good. If the air conditioning sound is a little smaller, the wireless network effect is better, it is perfect."

"I came down for a quick getaway with my significant other and furry child. The hotel was better than expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was kept clean and new looking. The free breakfast was decent. Pet friendly. I would stay there again."

"The staff was very friendly, and the accommodations were fantastic! The room was clean and had a full kitchenette with everything I could possibly need, including a refrigerator/freezer that actually worked well and a full sized coffee maker with coffee! My view from my room was amazing! And, I really enjoyed the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. It was winter, so I wasn't sure that the accommodations would be up to par, but they most certainly were. I enjoyed every minute of my time there."

"Have always loved the Cavelier Spa and restaurants. So I was so happy to book a last minute couples night away with my husband for our 15 year at the Embassy Suites and was not disappointed. The decor and aesthetic is amazing. The music theme was so fun. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. We walked over to Orion’s Roof for dinner which is also a family favorite. It was a great 24 hour stay."

"It was a place to lay our heads for the evening and that is the best I can say, property was poorly maintained, the room was very old and quite dated, my daughter said “ this looks like a house from a scary movie” overall cleanliness was alright. The price was extremely high for what is offered and for being part of the choice hotel family I was extremely disappointed. As I told the front desk agent they can use a major makeover of the property overall to include the parking lot. Best part of the trip was the front desk agent Felicia was was very professional and accommodating if not for that it was a total bust honestly !!!!"

"The suite is very large and can accommodate 6 people. The room has a terrace and a sea view. It is very close to the beach. The hotel restaurant is also very good, specializing in seafood. The transportation is very convenient. Parking is charged."
