"This hotel is located near the train station and is run by Chinese owners. The facilities are all brand new and offer excellent value for money! (Compared to the Hill Hotel I stayed at on my first night in Ulaanbaatar, I literally laughed when I saw their ancient hairdryer with an overheating protection that looked like it hadn't been updated in over a decade).
The hotel's second floor has a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious Chinese food.
You can also contact the owner if you need to rent a car or arrange airport transfers."

"I stayed here 5 nights and for 5 star hotel I expected little more. The room was nice and spacious. The room was cold and AC didn’t really worked. Room service needs more training. The food at restaurants was good. Breakfast was not really great . The carpets was a little dirty. Over all I will give the Hotel a 6/10"

"In terms of value for money it was by far the best available I could find, the location isn’t too bad but it is a bit out the centre. Luckily taxis are very affordable. The room size was good but they didn’t come to clean, only had one bar of soap for a 5 night stay, luckily I had my own. The staff were nice enough. If you can save a lot of money like I did when being here then it’s worth it but if you can find something close to price nearer centre that’s more modern I would go for that instead."

"This is a very famous, long-standing hotel.🏨
I decided to book this hotel because of the Genghis Khan portrait in the lobby and the numerous international celebrities who have stayed here. Of course, the price was also quite affordable!
However, the hotel is a bit of a walk from Sukhbaatar Square (where the airport shuttle bus stops), and it was quite tiring to drag my luggage all the way to the Chinggis Khaan Hotel. On the way back, I asked the hotel front desk to call a taxi directly to the airport. The usual cost is around 100,000 MNT!
Remember to leave early, as Ulaanbaatar traffic is incredibly congested!"
