LLynette YeeThe hotel is very conveniently located less than a five min walk from Sukhbaatar Square. Lots of convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. Staff were personable and friendly. Definitely recommend.

RryanningThe hotel is very close to Sukhbaatar Square, and the building has a historic feel to it, but the facilities inside are well-maintained. Just remember to bring your toothbrush! When I checked in, nobody mentioned anything about toiletries. After showering, I realized there was no toothbrush. I called the front desk, and they said they don't provide them. The convenience store downstairs didn't have any toothbrushes, either because they were sold out or just didn't carry them. I had to get dressed and walk about 300 meters in sub-zero temperatures to another convenience store just to buy one.

GGira’NThe reception staff and all the other employees were truly friendly and kind. They were quick and efficient with everything. The bathroom was very clean, and the room itself was spacious. Compared to other hotels of the same category, the price was more affordable, yet the room was larger and more comfortable. This is the first hotel, in my experience, that has handled every aspect of guest comfort and service so thoughtfully and well. Even though I have stayed at many hotels, this one stood out as the friendliest. They were also very understanding and flexible when it came to extending the room during checkout time. Many other hotels tend to rush guests or charge extra immediately, but that was not the case here. I will definitely choose this hotel again whenever I return.

AAayush Singh ChopraThe hotel was located right across Sukhbataar square and 1 km from State department store which made it really convenient to go around walking. The hotel staff is extremely courteous and the breakfast Buffet had a nice spread of local Mongolian cuisines as well as western options. The Hotel also features 3 bars and a lounge on 23/F with amazing views of the city and nice food. Highly recommended for stay in Ulaanbaatar.

DDuerjiaThe hotel is very clean, nicely decorated, and its location is great. Many city attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was decent, and the views were excellent. However, I was a bit disappointed that the hotel had a separate breakfast area exclusively for Korean guests, and others weren't allowed in. I would have really liked to try it.

KKitKatKateThe hotel is modern and situated in a mall. It’s in a walkable spot to good locations e.g. The State Department Store and Black Market. Everything was very clean, the room was spacious and it was comfortable. The woman on the reception desk was not particularly polite nor helpful - our keycard did not work immediately after checking in. The room was also very hot and the temperature could not be changed.

GGuest UserThank you for everthing. I lost my important belongings, but the staff tried to find them together. He called the taxi driver to find them instead of me because I had only my countries' phone number. On the last day, I tried to give him a tip, but he didn't take it because he knew there are no customes of tipping in my country. I was very moved by his all behavior. Meeting him made me think that I wanna go back to Mongolia again. I will absolutely stay at the same hotel when I go back to Mongolia. Thank you!!

MmmustafizThe front desk staff here are very nice and helpful, which made check-in and day-to-day questions easy. The location is excellent, right near sukhbaatar square, and the hotel offers convenient amenities like on-site laundry. My room was comfortable with reliable hot water, which I appreciated. However, during my five-night stay the room was never cleaned (it was supposed to be done on the fourth day). They did bring fresh towels, but I wasn’t allowed an extra pillow when I asked. Overall, the room itself was good and the staff friendly, but still room for improvement. A good stay.

GGuest UserI stayed at Eagle Town a second time on my way home from Mongolia, and even though I arrived late, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the guy at the front desk whose name I didn't catch. He got me a ride to the airport the day after, and -- although this was a misunderstanding -- had prepared the room specially to house four people (I was traveling alone, but Trip.com had made it look like there were four of us). The rooms are nice, with very comfortable beds, perfect after having been in the countryside for a week. The location is rather close to Chinggis Khan Airport, or at least as close as you're likely to get for now, and there are plenty of grocery stores and convenience stores in the area. I didn't have any use for the kitchen, but it seemed to be supplied with at least some basics for people who want to cook themselves.
