The room was very clean and overall satisfactory, but the shower drain was clogged and drained very slowly. The TV didn't work. The biggest issue was that the bed mattress was as hard as the floor, making it uncomfortable. If only they could improve the mattress, I'd definitely want to stay here again. It was also nice that there's a free lounge on the first floor.

Everything was good. Smooth check in. Nice apartment, equipped with washing machine plus laundry detergent and adequate kitchen appliances. Towels, pillowcases and bedsheets provided were disposable type. You have to make your own bed. Owner recommended a very nice restaurant that serve delicious Mongolian food.

The hotel was renovated in 2026, and the rooms are very clean and new. The rooms are spacious with ample lighting. Each room has a kitchen, induction cooker, basic cooking utensils, and a dining table and chairs for easy cooking. The sheets and towels are very clean and white. However, shampoo and shower gel are not provided. The hotel's location is also very convenient; a supermarket is a 10-minute walk away.

The Ultimate Host: The biggest highlight of our stay was the resort owner, who is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and speaks fluent English. Having a host you can communicate with easily in the wilderness is a game-changer. There is absolutely no need to join a rigid group tour; the owner quickly arranged a private driver for us (at our own expense) to visit nearby attractions like Turtle Rock and the Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex. It allowed us to customize our own itinerary and enjoy total freedom. The Vibe & Accommodation: The resort is beautifully designed with a sleek, modern wooden main building. We stayed in a Duplex Dome, which offered incredible space and a skylight for stargazing. The biggest luxury was the private, clean bathroom with excellent hot water and separate wet/dry areas—a rare find that completely redefines the typical Mongolian camping experience! The resort sits in a peaceful valley surrounded by majestic rock formations and roaming horses, giving it a dreamy, ”Little Switzerland” feel. Top-Notch Amenities (All Free!): Unlike other remote camps, this place keeps you entertained. Inside the main building, there is a designated Ping Pong room, a billiards table, and Karaoke rooms—all completely free to use! Outside, they have basketball court, volleyball court, a colorful children's playground, and BBQ pits. Incredible Food: The dining here blew us away. The included breakfast was fresh and relaxing. However, I highly recommend ordering their ala carte dinner. They serve a fantastic mix of Western and traditional Mongolian dishes. We ordered the grilled meat skewers with fries, a massive chicken Caesar salad, a comforting hot vegetable and meat stew, and traditional Mongolian Huushuur (deep-fried meat pastries) and Buuz (steamed dumplings). Everything was incredibly flavorful and hearty! Horseback Riding Nearby: There is a professional horse ranch run by a neighbor just 100 meters away. It costs 30,000 MNT per hour, which is very reasonable. Tip: If it's your first time riding, I highly recommend hiring a coach to guide you for safety. Verdict: 10/10. An unforgettable stay with amazing hospitality. I would come back in a heartbeat!

I stayed at Eagle Town a second time on my way home from Mongolia, and even though I arrived late, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the guy at the front desk whose name I didn't catch. He got me a ride to the airport the day after, and -- although this was a misunderstanding -- had prepared the room specially to house four people (I was traveling alone, but Trip.com had made it look like there were four of us). The rooms are nice, with very comfortable beds, perfect after having been in the countryside for a week. The location is rather close to Chinggis Khan Airport, or at least as close as you're likely to get for now, and there are plenty of grocery stores and convenience stores in the area. I didn't have any use for the kitchen, but it seemed to be supplied with at least some basics for people who want to cook themselves.

Clean and new hotel. The breakfasts are delicious and the location is good, within walking distance of the city center.

Good location with helpful & good staff. Room was clean and big. Additionally on the 2nd floor there is a Chinese restaurant which food quality is awesome.

I really liked both the apartment and the location. All the sights are within walking distance. I really, really, really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The only thing was that the hot water was turned off for the last few days, so I had to shower in a basin. But still, the advantages of this apartment far outweigh this minor inconvenience.
