"After booking the hotel on Ctrip, I made sure to reserve the shuttle bus from Sapporo Station to the hotel half a month in advance by filling out a form on their official website. The bus departed from the designated parking area outside Sapporo Station North Exit at 1:30 PM, reaching the hotel around 4:00 PM. If you sit on the right side of the bus, you get a close-up view of Mount Yotei midway through the ride. Upon check-in, I managed to book a private onsen for 6 PM and dinner for after 7 PM on the spot. After dinner, around 8 PM, we took a short walk to the lake to catch the 8:45 PM fireworks show. The whole evening flowed perfectly! The next day, payment for the private onsen and shuttle bus was conveniently handled at a machine during check-out. At 10:15 AM, we took the hotel shuttle to New Chitose Airport, arriving at the domestic terminal around 12:30 PM. Sitting on the left side of the bus offers a close-up view of Lake Shikotsu en route. Since it wasn't crowded at the end of August, we were able to book the return shuttle and a private onsen on the spot at the front desk. However, it's generally safer to book these in advance. Current prices are: the hotel shuttle from Sapporo Station to No Kaze is 1000 JPY per person, and from No Kaze to New Chitose Airport is 1500 JPY per person. The private onsen costs 4400 JPY for 50 minutes. Overall, it was a perfect short getaway!"

"Our first stop in Hokkaido, and after much deliberation over various hot spring hotels, this one offered the best overall value for money. We were very satisfied, and here are the highlights: The lake-view room was fantastic. While not huge, the tatami setup was perfectly fine for three people. The scenery was stunning, offering different beautiful views from morning to evening, plus a direct line to watch the nightly fireworks. The rooftop onsen has alternating male and female access each day. Since we stayed two nights, our entire family got to experience both. Soaking in the hot springs while watching the Lake Toya fireworks was a truly wonderful experience. The half-board plan (dinner and breakfast) was of great quality and offered plenty of variety. We feasted on delicious seafood donburi until we were absolutely stuffed – though having it two days in a row was a bit much! The location was also excellent, making it convenient for catching buses and accessing the boat pier for island excursions. And yes, the legendary large bird actually paid a visit to our balcony!"

"I had booked an airport transfer service with the hotel, but my flight was delayed and I missed it. Despite missing the transfer, I was still charged upon arrival. Their explanation was that my spot had already been reserved, which I found quite unreasonable. There's no way for guests to verify if the vehicle actually ran empty, making the charge feel particularly unfair. Separately, the hotel itself offered Japanese-style tatami rooms, which were decent."

"The hotel lobby is spacious and beautiful, and the lake-view room offers stunning views; you can even watch the Lake Toya fireworks from your room at night. However, fellow Chinese travelers should temper their expectations. The overall scale and standard are only slightly superior to a basic, family-run guesthouse you might find at a domestic beach resort."

"The hotel boasts a superb location, right on the lake. You can easily explore Lake Toya's Eight Scenic Spots, and in summer evenings, enjoy fireworks displays right over the lake. It offers a complimentary onsen (hot spring bath), available until 11 PM, which is a lovely way to relax. Breakfast is predominantly Japanese-style. However, it is a little pricey."

"Hotel is within walking distance to the bus terminal where the bus from Toya Station stops at. The room is huge and spacious, and there is a clear view of Lake Toya from the room. Room is clean, but it is a smoking room so if you cannot take the smell, you can always open the windows to air the room. Nevertheless, the room is clean and there is a hot bath at the basement of the hotel that you can enjoy after a day of sightseeing. The only regret I have is only staying a day at the hotel. Will consider staying multiple days the next time. Highly recommend for budget conscious travellers who wants to stay around Lake Toya without breaking the bank!"

The shuttle service was very convenient, and the hotel even helped coordinate it around my schedule with care and thoughtfulness. I felt supported and relaxed the entire time. One of the absolute highlights was the private onsen—it was warm, clean, and opened up to the most breathtaking view of Lake Toya. Soaking in that serene setting was deeply healing and peaceful. Honestly, I don’t even know how to express my gratitude for such an amazing experience in Hokkaido. Everything was beyond expectations. "The location is convenient, the hotel is clean and well-managed, there are food markets nearby, and Lake Toya is just across the road from the hotel. The hotel's hot springs are very good, and there are popsicles for you to eat after you soak in the hot springs."

"The homestay is next to the Toya Lake Road. It may be a bit noisy at night.  is suitable for self-driving travelers. The owner of the homestay prepares very rich things. The kitchen has soy sauce, oil, salt, vegetarian, pepper. The bathroom has hot spring bathing agent and washing machine. Laundry essence, you basically think of it. If you think of the public bathing hot springs, the boss has provided a hot spring discount coupon of 500 yen for 1 person. Although the photo does not look new, the accommodation is very comfortable. The second floor sleeps on tatami mats, the whole room wooden floor, and the elders must wear indoor slippers or walk barefoot when going up and down the stairs. Absolute, absolute, Never walk with socks, my mother fell downstairs from the stairs, fortunately, no one was fine, the boss saw the order in *******, trip seemed unable to contact, and the address on the trip Google was wrong!"

"This hotel had a great view of the lake. The room is big for Japanese standards. Parking is very limited so do try to reach the hotel earlier and leave the luggages at the reception before going for your lunch."
