"Melior Inn - 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐for Housekeeping & Mr. Mayur Dandekar I don’t usually write reviews, but house keeping and cleaning services of Melior Inn deserves one. We stayed at Melior Inn for a long time with our baby, and traveling with an infant is tough. The whole housekeeping team was amazing and one of their staff member Mr.Mayur Dandekr was incredibly thoughtful with a baby in the room - extra careful with cleaning products, always sanitizing surfaces, keeping the room dust-free, and making sure everything was spotless before we returned. He also timed his visits perfectly so we weren’t disturbed during naps, and was always gentle and respectful. For a long stay with an infant, that kind of care makes all the difference. Because of Mr. Mayur’s dedication and the overall housekeeping team’s consistency, our stay was stress-free and hygienic. Outstanding service 👏Highly recommend to families👍👍"

"I've been regular at parties at Dusk. This time, I had to book a room - large sized room & genuinely amazing stay here! Warm welcoming staff! The room was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax. The bed was like a cloud, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything fresh daily. "The overall stay was Average. Property & Stay - Wood Stock Acres Villa Resort is a very good property but it's not very well maintained as it should be. A day before i called them up requesting to give me rooms close by as both my parents are Senior Citizens who are above 70yrs so they told me they will try will do that but at the time of check in they showed me a Villa whose stairs were shaking and were not at all feasible for my parents to climb up. So after speaking to Ruhi and Ravi about the same they showed me Villa 9 in which room no 901 and 902 were allocated. So room 901 was down and room 902 was up which was Ok to us. After checking up in both the rooms my brother noticed there was a leakage issue in the bathroom in 901. Maintenance guy came but the problem wasn't sorted, so they offered us some other villa without asking for it. My brother and I both went to see the villa but it was the same again one room down and another room up so we finally decided to stick to Villa no 9. Staff - Staff is amazing. Pawan in the restaurant is an amazing guy who helped me and my family throughout our stay. Ruhi was also helpful Food - Morning chef is just amazing. He just makes amazing and mouthwatering food. I didn't like the food which was being made on the 29th March night and I did complain about it. Please take care of this amazing property and more staff needs to be added for sure and Cleanliness is must too"

"I had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Tip Top Plaza, Thane, ***** with my entire team for more than 3 months, and our overall experience has been truly excellent. The staff is extremely supportive, courteous, and always ready to assist. Their professionalism and hospitality made our long stay very comfortable. The breakfast options every morning are great, with a good variety to suit everyone’s taste. The housekeeping team deserves special appreciation for their consistent and accurate daily cleaning service. Room service is also impressive, especially the à la carte menu, which offers a wide range of options even late at night making it very convenient. The Grand Thali restaurant is fantastic for both lunch and dinner. The Aamras Puri is a must-try and absolutely delicious. Additionally, Tip Top Mithaiwala offers great snacks for evening consumption. Our team also purchased sweets to take home, and the quality was excellent. A special thanks to Mr. Chetan Bhanushali for his constant support and assistance. His hospitality and approach towards guests are truly commendable he is a wonderful person and a great asset to the hotel. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, and I would highly recommend Hotel Tip Top Plaza for both short and long stays."
