Poor noise isolation between the rooms. Neighbours room was blaring music and singing late into the night. First call to Reception resulted in no action being taken. Second call 15 min later made with an irate tone resulted in staff visiting and the noise being reduced. During check out, reception tried to get the Manager to come and apologize, but Manager asked instead how much the customer paid for the room and declined to come out, instead leaving reception to respond to complaints. Pathetic and unsympathetic behavior by the Manager.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! It's very new and therefore incredibly clean, with no musty smell at all. The breakfast was a bit simple, but acceptable. Overall, it's good.

This hotel is close to factory area but there are restaurants and convenience store at the downstairs. The Aircond in the room is not consistent and toilet cleaning can be improve especially the basin. Breakfast is good.

Fern Residency offers great value for money, with a perfect balance of comfort, hospitality, and convenience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Bhiwandi area, whether for business or a short getaway.

Everything is nice, clean and luxurious. unforgettable memories.If I have to visit mumbai again, make sure to stay here again.Cleanliness is superb. They even sanitize toilet which makes me feel less worried about it.I am not a cleaning freak but still feel bad if a hotel has dirty toilet bowl. Breakfast is delicious and high quality.Make me feel touched with the Indian heritage.I feel close to indian people, thanks to the hotel. All stuff are polite and well-trained. Location is good and on main road. Hotel cleanliness is better than all nearby hotels. Food is also amazing as it's the same Shikara Hotel staff.
