The Wi-Fi was non existent whether in the room or the reception.

KKay LeurisOverall, this was a wonderful stay at hotel at archana residency. Everything is nice, clean and luxurious. unforgettable memories.If I have to visit mumbai again, make sure to stay here again.Cleanliness is superb. They even sanitize toilet which makes me feel less worried about it.I am not a cleaning freak but still feel bad if a hotel has dirty toilet bowl.
Breakfast is delicious and high quality.Make me feel touched with the Indian heritage.I feel close to indian people, thanks to the hotel. All stuff are polite and well-trained. The best service ever.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel was easy to locate, which was a plus. As i checked out within a few hours, i didn't get a chance to explore the food or other services, but overall, it was a decent experience.

GGuest UserPros:basic amenities, hot water, cleanliness, good interior, nearness to midc and good hotels, polite and co operative staff, good complimentary breakfast. Refigerator in the room. Cons: avoid ground floor as all the time you have to keep window blind on. Not very comfortable as you don't know whether it is day or night. Air conditioner issue. On second day the ac stopped working. Hot water kettle is there but tea, coffee, milk, sugar sachets are missing. There is no blanket, covering provided. Hope management addresses these issues. Good hotel for solo and family.
