The Wi-Fi was non existent whether in the room or the reception.
Heavy road works on the highway outside.

GGuest UserI stayed for 2n in this due to close proximity to next day meeting location. 1. No reserved parking, valet outsourced to agency, the driver sturbonly demands tip both days. Limited underground parking. 2. Hotel refuses to book via mmt. 3. Clean renovated hotel, but not upto price offered. 4. Only thali restaurant available in hotel. 5. Morning bf buffet was okish

GGuest UserI stayed at ibis thane for 2 nights. My stay was good at this property and service was also good. I feel the walls of the rooms are made of cardboard, very thin and we were able to have conversation to.our next room's colleague without even go to their room. But my major concern was breakfast. Their breakfast has very very less options, that too costs approx Rs.800. Price is not an issue but this price is not justified with what they provide in breakfast.
I would suggest to go Barbeque Nation or Caravan Menu instead and spend 800 and there you will get hell lot of varieties as compared to IBIS thane.

GGuest UserProperty is really amazing, it was a pleasant stay with g cc north. Room was clean and f odd was tasty as well as hygienic. Good experience with them and most importantly the complimetry breakfast it made the stay more wow experience. Staff was very kind and cheerful too.

GGuest UserI had a short but pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was sweet and very cooperative, making the check-in process smooth. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel was easy to locate, which was a plus. As i checked out within a few hours, i didn't get a chance to explore the food or other services, but overall, it was a decent experience.

GGuest UserAbsolutely professional. However, they charge 300% on mineral water. I understand that products at hospitality are under luxury category but it shouldn't be 300% because i know many multi star rated hotels that charge mrp & nothing above it. On enquiring about it at the reception of the hotel, i get a reply ”we pay 3 times for license as well” well that is investment that you make for your business. Don't force customer to bear it!
