Its a nice modern hotel. Rooms are small and not much provided in the room. For the price at least a refrigerator and water kettle should be provided. Its a bit overpriced for what you get.

It is a very nice cozy hotel at a very strategic location. Surrounded by food store, market, supermarket and just next to the Taitung Night Market (same row with less than 5 mins walk)

Clean and neat room. Supermarket is nearby. Breakfast coupon for use in various restaurants.

Norden Ruder hostel is much better than many known hotels. So far this is the best accommodation I have during my Taiwan trip. Highly recommended.

Hotel is new & tastefully furbished. Love the basement Common lounge where guests can come together to eat, drink, read, watch movies or just relax. Room is also very comfortable, except lights are a little dim and there is no TV. Understand it's an intentional move by hotel management not to provide TV in room as they want guests to enjoy Taitung to the fullest & not stay in the room to watch TV. So need to get used to this if you want to stay here :)

The Reception peoples attitude really had problem!please training first before put in right position.

The reason why I am disappointed with their service is solely because I had high expectations having read earlier reviews. I find the receptionist indifferent upon greeting me, was condescending while ‘explaining’ things with me, extremely disrespectful through my check-in process. It is a hostel, with a 2*2 meter space. And I paid what I got. No frills, which is fine. But that attitude at check-in… that’s overselling this whole ‘unique Taitong local wholesomeness’.

Although the rooms are small, but they are cozy, nice and clean!!! Located at the heart of Taitung city, and walking distance to street food, fresh market and supermarkets. There’s also night market in the area over the weekend.

Not far from Tiehua Village, close to Zhonghua Road Night Market, it is located in an area with complete urban life functions. Although the hotel rooms are not big, they are full of design. From the elevators, furnishings, concierges to guide signs, I spent a lot of budget to find a designer to organize the planning. I highly recommend that anyone who likes these details should choose "Ruth" when coming to Taitung. "Travel". In addition to having a peaceful night and sleeping comfortably here, you can also feel the owner's concept of management and people coming and going. Located in the city center near Tiehua Village, within walking distance. Next to it is the Taitung Night Market. The huge Quanlian Market is very convenient for eating and drinking.
