First, after checking in on the day of arrival, we prepared to take the elevator upstairs, but the waiting time was nearly 10 minutes. The reason was that a large number of tour bus groups came in at the same time. They crowded at the elevator door with a lot of luggage, causing chaos on the scene. When it was finally our turn, a group tour guide actually forced more tourists into the elevator, completely disregarding the comfort and safety of other passengers in the elevator. The elevator was very crowded, making people feel oppressive and inconvenient. At that time, no staff was seen on site to assist with evacuation or guidance. In addition, your hotel's infinity pool was the facility I was most looking forward to during this trip. In order to avoid the crowds, I chose to use the pool in the morning, but still encountered the following problems: 1. A father and daughter were screaming and playing in the pool. The child kept making high-frequency screams, completely disregarding the safety of other guests. This lasted for quite a long time, but the on-site staff did not give any warnings or advice. 2. There was another group of foreign guests jumping into the water and playing around by the pool, behaving rather wildly. One of the women even sat directly on the lounge chair where I had originally placed my towel, even though there were still several empty lounge chairs. She showed no questions or courtesy, which made me feel very troubled and disrespected. However, no staff came forward to coordinate or handle the situation. Overall, this accommodation experience is a clear contrast to my previous good impression of The ***a. In particular, there is still room for improvement in the management of order in public facilities, the arrangement of group travel routes and the immediate response capabilities of on-site personnel. "We stayed one night only and missed the night market, but hotel is well located with fruits retailers all away and easily accessible to ferry and train station. Hotel is clean and room size is big, staff services is also kind and helpful. Breakfast is also good with lot of local cuisines available. One of the best choices in local area we reckon."

One of the biggest advantages is its convenient location right next to the train station, which makes travel super easy. However, it’s worth noting that it’s a bit far from Taitung City, so you may need some extra time for city visits. "Because our stay last year was excellent, we decided to come back again this year. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful. Although the afternoon tea selection was a bit simple, you could still feel the thoughtfulness behind it. The pool was kept very clean and having a lifeguard made parents feel very reassured. The only slight disappointment was the persistent unpleasant smell in the women's changing room, which I hope can be improved."

"The hotel service was up to standard and the place was clean and hygienic. The location wasn't ideal, situated near Taitung Railway Station. The overall impression was that the renovations were brand new. The bathroom facilities were comfortable, and there was a toilet with a stain-free design. There were no disposable toiletries, and no slippers were provided (inconvenient). Breakfast consisted of toast, congee with ********* side dishes, and braised pork rice. They also offered coffee, drinks, and, surprisingly, mung bean soup. However, the prices were reasonable, making it good value for money. Ample parking was a plus. I would definitely visit again if I had the chance."

"Everything was good. I would suggest providing a curtain, as the light from the outside lamp shines through the door, which can be disturbing for light sleepers. I tried turning the light off, but the guests across the hall kept it on, haha."
