This stay exceeded my expectations. From the moment I entered, the hospitality of the front desk staff was warm, the bedding was comfortable, and the room was clean. It's a great choice for those arriving early in the morning.

The staff were always on hand to quickly resolve any needs or requests. The room itself was excellent. It boasted fantastic natural light, a well-designed layout, and plush bedding that guaranteed a very comfortable and restful sleep. After just one night, all my fatigue completely melted away. Its location was another major plus. Being near the arena meant I didn't have to rush for my early morning flight the next day, as it was just a quick 10-minute taxi ride away, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel environment was lovely, and everything was spotlessly clean. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

Rooms are spotlessly clean and well-maintained. You'll find plenty of hot water, powerful air conditioning, and good ventilation. The overall hygiene is excellent. There are also many dining options nearby, and the subway station is just a few minutes' walk, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The overall environment is truly great. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience overall! The customer service team was incredibly efficient in resolving issues – definitely worth a big thumbs up. The front desk staff were very friendly, and our room was spotless. We appreciated the two complimentary bottles of mineral water, and the TV's screen mirroring feature (free for members) was a great perk for watching movies. The WiFi was strong and reliable, with no lag whatsoever. The surrounding area is bustling with plenty of dining options. I chose this hotel based on previous reviews, and they were absolutely spot on – no complaints at all! Overall, the room was excellent and offered great value for money. I was very satisfied and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

Their attentiveness and prompt service truly stood out. Another big plus is the location—it’s very close to the airport. We took a Didi and reached the terminal in just about 10 minutes, which was perfect for our early morning flight. No stressful rush or long transfers—just smooth and convenient. Whether you're catching an early flight or just want a clean, well-maintained place to rest, this hotel delivers on all fronts. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

The front desk of the hotel has a good service attitude and the room is clean.The cleaning is still in place, and there is no dust in every corner.，It's very quiet. It's close to the airport and the subway. If the subway can reach the airport in 5 minutes' walk, it takes about 12 to 15 minutes to take a taxi. It's very convenient. Even in the middle of the night, you can get a taxi.It's good to have a free laundry room to use.，

Lovely staff who are very helpful and will ensure your questions are answered. Self service laundry was very helpful. I arrived 2am from a flight (airport right next door) and check in was smooth!
