the place is near icon siam, grab food and cars are super convi. I love the cold aircon and spacious room. I love that they provide water as well

"The hotel had some redeeming qualities, such as its convenient location and decent cleanliness, but overall, the experience was quite average. The rooms were adequately furnished but lacked any special charm or comfort, and the service, while not poor, was unremarkable. There was nothing particularly wrong with the stay, yet nothing stood out as exceptional either. It was a place that met basic expectations but failed to leave a lasting impression."

The moment you reached to hotel, you may think you did a wrong choice but wait until you get to your room. Room is quite spacious, very clean and surprisingly it is super quiet. A little bit far from icon siam but manageable. However, you will not find any amenities nearby even for 7-11. Overall, worth the price.

It's very close to iconsam, the downside is that it's close to the road, the traffic is particularly loud at night, and it's not soundproof

Good place to stay. Quiet location and less busy steet. A few minutes away from Iconsiam mall by walking. Very convenient if you want to visit Iconsiam mall and planning to book a dinner cruise through Iconsiam pier.

Location was nice and the service was great too, they upgraded the room for us. However, clean up service might have to improve, we found cans of beers from previous customer in the closet

Budget good hotel, not too far from skytraon BTS, walkable distance to Iconsiam, pleanty of food stalls. Good value in Sathon Area.
