Mr Henry is the best host. As a foreigner, my Shanghai would have been a disaster if it had not been for his help. The service deserves 10 stars. A friendly reminder: you need to contact him via WeChat in advance to get the homestay exact location. Mine was located exactly on Yuyuan Road, which is just what I need.

The room is very clean and tidy, suitable for 3 people to stay. The location of the homestay is great too, around 5-6 minutes walking distance to the Jiangsu Road metro station. Overall, we are satisfied with the staying experience!! Recommended to stay too!! 民宿非常干净整洁，设备齐全，民宿也非常靠近江苏路地铁站，大约5-6分钟行走就能抵达地铁站，非常推荐住宿，性价比高！！住了8晚都感到满意的！！

The B&B is on Yuyuan Road, with beautiful surroundings, good decoration and sanitary environment. It was a pleasant experience.

I never expected to be able to book such a wonderful B&B in Shanghai. I don't know why it has such a high rating. Originally, I wanted to book it near Jiangsu Road subway station for convenience. I saw that this B&B was very close, had a high rating, and had loft+twin beds that children would like, so I thought it was quite good. However, the "Han" we stayed in was actually on Taojiang Road. The B&B introduction mentioned that the location was not necessarily near Jiangsu Road, but it was still farther than I expected, about 3.5 kilometers away. However, considering that the children liked it, I did not change hotels. After we went to Disneyland, we checked in at around 9pm. We took our children to the B&B and wanted to put them to bed quickly, but we found that there was no hand sanitizer or drinking water. After communication, the customer service said that they did not provide water and other drinking water for safety reasons. We ordered hand sanitizer to be delivered. The next morning, we found that half a roll of toilet paper was used up. After communication, the customer service said that they would order more delivery. I questioned why there was no spare roll, and she mentioned that there would usually be spare rolls in the cabinet. She did not specify which cabinet they were in. I searched the cabinet by myself and found that there were still 2 rolls of tissue paper left. When the customer service asked about tissue paper, I learned that tissue paper was provided in the room and the empty tissue box was also placed in the cabinet. The hygiene of the room was also worrying. There were black marks on the pillow, and I didn't know whether it was because they couldn't be washed off or because something was put on them. The hygiene of some places such as under the stairs made it look like the house had not been lived in for a long time. The most bizarre thing was who would install a voice-controlled light in the room? If it was dangerous to go downstairs, it would be more appropriate to install a night light. We had a cold and cough at the time, and when we coughed at night, the stair lights would light up, and the whole room would be bright. When we went downstairs to the toilet, the lights would light up when we stepped on the stairs with a little force. The sound insulation was not good. In the morning, there were many people's footsteps and noise upstairs, so loud that the voice-controlled lights would light up, and we would see the lights flickering all night. By the way, there is no clothes hanger in the room. The faucet of the bathroom sink and the shower are shared. It is very difficult for tall people to take a shower. The wash basin is very small, and the water will splash everywhere. It is understandable that the toilet is small in an old house. I just felt that I could only make do for one night. The 400 room is not as reliable as a 300 All Seasons on Jiangsu Road. I was really disappointed. Fortunately, the towels were washed and sealed in plastic bags, and the customer service staff responded and solved the problem in a timely manner.

The location is good, very close to Metro Line 2. The alley is a place with history and culture. The room is a bit cramped and far-fetched, but the hygiene is okay. The TV was not working when I checked in.

The B&B is very good. The only drawback is that the takeaway deliveryman said that he had to go around a lot of circles to get here. The alley is hard to find and the space is a bit small. The transportation is very convenient. It doesn't take long to go to Disney Lujiazui. It's suitable for four people to go out together.

There is a high level of privacy because it is very difficult to contact the owner at first. When you arrive, there will be no staff to explain how to use the equipment in the room for you. If you can read Chinese, you will not have a problem with this. The air purifier is old and very noisy. If you turn it on at night, you may not be able to sleep because of the noise. Many equipment in the room, many points are not clean, such as in the refrigerator there are leftover food scraps, the hair dryer is dusty, the shoe cabinet smells very bad (please do not open it before putting on a mask).

I spent a long time choosing a homestay, and Xiaozhu is really good! The price is cheap, the location is easy to find, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and it is very convenient to travel. The landlord has a good service attitude, and I will stay here again next time. I am very satisfied!
