Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 3N stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Unfortunately, my room wasn't ideal. There were drafts coming in, making it uncomfortable, and the shower facilities were unclean.

We arrived about 10:30 at the hotel and we were able to check in without any problem. We asked the room to be changed 3 times and it was done asap.the manager on duty. A nice smiley young man, served as coffee. He was so helpful later on gave us a bottle of red wine when we ask for wine during the evening buffet. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was so helpful. The cleaning Ayis were also friendly. I will return..

The change rooms are dated. Fitness center wasn’t bad. The service at the buffet could have been better. Not a kid friendly hotel but for business should do the trick.
