incredible hospitality. so kind cannot think this hotel enough for how they treated me the clear letter of the hotel even helped me when I had no money to pay my taxi driver as I did not know he needed cash and was not taking back card so 100% but this place so amazing thank you again. Manager is so nice.

Small hotel in the center ..great location, rooms spacious for the size of the hotel and compared to other similar hotels nearby. But wat has definitely exceeded any expectations: customer service of the hotel staff...from the receptionist, mr. Borak to bat&kitchen girls and housekeepers. This made a huge difference and influenced the whole stay and pointed out the hospitality. Attentive, genuine service and small details make huge difference! Keep it up! Definitely recommend🙏🏼

Excellent location....very clean.... good room area ....very respectful staf...little bit high price because of very good location its just 200 or 300m from sirkeci or Gullane tramway Station

Very old hotel ,use key for room,all the curtain is fade,phone keep dropping.Even I paid two nights I just stay one night.

So we have to apply some rules for giving best services to our all guests.. As you know the check out time is 12.00 but, on your check out day after breakfast you disappeared and turn back to Hotel around at 18.00-19.00.. If you had packed up your luggages and let us know, we may take your luggages down and that way we were going to prepare the room for another guest. But you did not let us know, we thought that you will continue to stay one more night. This was effect our operation to DO NOT SELL your room sice you arrive to the hotel but you arrived very late for our operations. So we had to charge one more night for your room. Also I would like to remind you that we just renovated our Hotel, bathrooms, painting, we change hallways to wooden floor instead of carpet, we renovated some rooms wooden floor, new beds for all rooms, new curtens for all rooms and lightings. But we have some nostalgic concept so that's why we have key for room doors.We are looking forward to accommodate you next time in Istanbul. Best Regards. Hotellino İstanbul Family

Booked a double room but was given a single room as shown in the picture. The room was small. If you don't have a room, just say it. There's no need to deceive guests. The hotel is in the downtown area. The food stalls below the room are quite noisy. The air conditioner in the room is old and sounds like a tractor. I couldn't rest well at night. The room was unhygienic and the sockets were black. I originally booked for three nights. Considering that it was already night, I stayed for one night and rebooked a Marriott overnight. I left immediately the next morning. I booked it because Ctrip rated it four stars. In fact, this hotel has a total of about 25 rooms. According to the experience and hygiene conditions, domestic homestays are better than this one. I hate the deception of merchants. There is no integrity at all.

Good day. The hotel is in a good location, 500 meters from the Blue Mosque. In principle, if you don't pick on it, then it's a pretty normal hotel. I got there from Istanbul IST airport by public transport. Everything is nearby! You can walk around the clock. 36,000 steps per day, I recommend it!

The hotel is located in the very center, a convenient quiet area. A metro station is a couple of minutes' walk away. Clean, there is mold on the grout in the bathroom, I don't know why such areas are not treated. View of the construction site, no noise. Wi-Fi works great, you can watch a movie. Breakfast is normal, I'm on a diet, the choice mainly fell on vegetables and eggs (boiled and omelette). For men, it probably won't be interesting, but there were some fried items. In general, it's okay. I liked everything very much, one of the few hotels on my trip that had disposable slippers ＜3 The administrators at the hotel are super! They guided me through everything.

I booked the hotel spontaneously, I needed to spend the night in Istanbul. Everything was fine, the room was clean. Very helpful staff. Good choice of dishes for breakfast. For this price, a good option. The view was of a construction site, there was no construction work itself, which allowed me to sleep well.
