Service is good. The room we booked came with pick up service which is very convenient for guests. Room is decent, size good enough for 4 people.. Washroom a little too small.

Very helpful and great stay. Staff are attentive and kind. Helped with station pick up and luggage storage. Washer and dryer are also available which was helpful. Clean and comfortable stay.

I would like to commend the staff on their excellent service for this hotel. After climbing Mt Tai and returning in the morning, they allowed me to check in early without me even asking.
Also, I was a solo traveller but had 2 breakfasts the next day. They had enough flexibility to allow me to use the breakfast coupons across 2 days instead of 1.
The room was big and clean. The hotel is located quite far from Mt Tai area. It's 7 minute drive to the train station. It's the place to be for a spacious and quiet hotel

Comfortable rooms, very clean. Good hotel !
Not a lot of food choices around on weekdays, but we did find a delicious local joint in the street.
On weekends, the tourist commercial block restaurants should be all open, offering a large choice of chinese food.
Easy access to Tai Shan by city bus.

The hotel is located near the subway and train stations. The reception staff is friendly and courteous.
The only problems: The wifi was not working and was not easy to find when I arrived.

The room was nice, large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean.
The hotel is located not far from the train station and there is a bus going to Taishan mountain from a street near it.
We used their pick-up service from the railway station. No drop off service though.
Free to use washing machine available.
Foreigners are accepted in this hotel.

Excellent frontline staffs. Very helpful in arranging Fengshan show and our transportation too. Room is big but toilet is too small. There are nice restaurants and 2 supermarkets nearby so very2 convenient.
Unfortunately WiFi is non existent.
