Wonderful hotel. This is my first time in China. After a long flight and a taxi ride, I arrived at the hotel. The doorman was very friendly and helpful. He opened the doors of the taxi and brought us and our bags to the room. The reception was very helpful, they even spoke good English. The breakfast was great. All in all nothing to complain about. If I ever go to Shanghai again, this hotel will be shortlisted.

Always have good stays here (short and long stays, across all seasons in a year). The staff are pleasant, helpful and kind. Facilities are enough, rooms clean and spacious. Nothing fancy but the toilet bidet wins my choice every time. Breakfast is nice (especially the pulled noodles) too. Best of all is the location - extremely convenient to move around with public transport.

I highly recommend this hotel for those people who will travel to shanghai i stay to this hotel for 3 night this place is very clean and tidy and theres a starbucks downstairs of the hotel which is very convinient for those coffee lover and its also near to those food station will book this hotel again next time❤️

Business trip is without a doubt the best option for the hotel to exist. I like the location and breakfast is fantastic.

The room was clean spacious and comfortable the location is near everything restaurant coffee shops malls… for sure one of favourite hotels in China

Do not have sufficient gym facilities for workout! But nice and clean bathroom and laundry!

Good enough. Clearing lady very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast ok. Nice to be able to do our own laundry. Electric toilet. 2 subway-lines come here.

The location is convenient as it is just a walking distance from Jiashan Road metro station. You can walk to Tianzifang and the old French concession. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the sheets smell nice.

The bed was two single beds put together so it was not that comfortable in the middle. We came to the hotel to only sleep and that too was not so comfortable. Not gonna book again. There were some cobwebs in the room that I had to show to the staff to cleanup.

Not friendly at the reception and did not inform the customer enough. For example about breakfast time

My two friends stayed here when they visited me in Shanghai, they loved it! Check in was easy, room was clean and tidy and across the street from the metro station!
