hair dryer is not hot, i called staff and he said he was coming to repair, but didnt show up afterwards. others are good.

Cleanliness can be improved but overall its a good stay. The hotel also constantly upgrade their amenities, which is a huge plus point

I would definitely recommend this hotel for travelers going to the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. It’s just 2 stations away and about 600+ meters by foot from the subway station. The location is quite nice, there’s a big mall right at the subway station and many shops nearby. If you also take a taxi it’s just around 19-20rmb per trip to the convention center. When it comes to the room, it’s pretty decent. I chose the cinema room and enjoyed all the free vip movies! I will definitely book this hotel again.

Great location, easy to go around for food and shopping. The staff are friendly. However, the rooms could be cleaner. It’s quite noisy at night because it’s by the side of street.
