Lack of basic facilities (eg no desk and hairdryer) but understandable given the price. Absolutely appalled to find blood stains on the pillow case.

For the price in relatively central London, it’s not bad as they provide a simple and clean room. But few things for the rating, and why amenities is lower in terms of score: It’s a budget hotel, so they need to have other services to upsell you. Luggage storage costs 15 GBP, which is crazy especially when you are paying essentially 100 USD for one night. Putting aside the one room cleaning every 4 nights (only giving you new towels everyday), the main shortcoming lies in a poor ventilation system and the over reliance on a relatively nauseating lavender scent. Sure it’s not that strong, but that coupled with the stale air makes it quite a suffocating experience. I aim to be fair in my reviews, but coupled with general service - the staff can’t lend pen, or paper, or even make an effort to? Like the seeming unwillingness on such an easy task is confusing. Wifi went out for the first night, and there’s no reception of any kind in the room, so was pretty bad. Took one whole day before it was resolved. TLDR: Would opt for a hotel with windows, and it’s not worth paying so much for this.

A minimalist hotel but very zen, the staff were really helpful and the room small but cosy. The design of the hotel is really nice but it’s very basic and you need to make sure you understand the concept.  There is a vending machine to purchase cutlery and other things you might need in the room, there is also a hot drinks machine, which drinks cost £3 and hot water £2. There is a Tesco and a sainsburys a few minutes walk from the hotel. 10 minutes away is the Cutty Sark a high street and Greenwich market and park. The hotel was really quiet even though it was busy.

Nice and clean, but don’t expect to be proper hotel, also check in is at 10am, but so far good location, nice and tidy, friendly stuff!

Good overall stay, but the room lacked any storage for clothes, didn't have a table, a chair or a bin except the tiny bathroom one. Also, no kettle, but a vending machine that charges £2 for hot water...

Looks good . Rooms are small. Best for solo and transit travelers for short stays

The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and I loved the little touches – fast Wi-Fi and good water pressure If you’re looking for a peaceful yet well-connected place to stay in London, this is the one. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly, highly recommended!

Good for short stay, very minimalistic, with easy access for O2 arena and centre. The staff is wonderful, especially receptionist Sam.

Really comfortable, the staff were so lovely. The location was great and the price was too even though I booked it last minute. Will definitely come again!

Just a high class hostel, can't consider as hotel. Only one bed and ensuite. No chair or table. Mattress looks dirty just with very thin cover. Uncomfortable mattress make us Not sleep well for 2 nights. The price Not worth for it. Not recommended.

It was 2 night trip location is wonderful near bus and train station. Bed was soft with air-conditioned. Bathroom toilet is cute.

Good experience I slept over and checkout at 11, but it’s still working

First time staying in a hotel like this. We planned a weekend away in London, so we only needed a clean and comfy bed for the night. The room was a vibe, and the bed was comfortable. There is nothing to fault with the room at all. The room was affordable and definitely got our moneys worth. Will be booking again when we come back to London.
