"Great staff ,very accommodating.i would recommend this hotel to everyone.although it was clean where it counts(the main room,the beds) the shelve on the top of the toilet wasn't clean but I would say it was a nice price.i hope this is a fair /good review."

"Hotel has been recently upgraded with excellent bathrooms and newly refurnished bedrooms. Never stayed in this part of U.K. - thriving street market /street food event once per month; sense of a ‘fight back’ and good on them. Worth a visit"

"The room is not big, it is enough, there is no air conditioning, but the environment is very good, you can order food on the first floor, there is a bar to drink a few cups 🍺, there are local characteristics, very quiet and not noisy"

"Anyway, the location is good ... to the shopping center, a few minutes away, and in front of you, there is also a nice restaurant called Willow. If I go next time, I want to stay here again."

"This place was nice. The room was a little out dated but it was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The wi-fi wasn’t the best and the tv was blocked from connecting to the wifi so no Netflix etc. The staff on reception were very friendly. We didn’t take breakfast but we ate dinner in there restaurant, reasonably priced and some good meal options and deals, it was a bit loud as it’s also a bar."

"We had room 106. There was quite a weird smell on the floor we stayed on. I definitely recommend opening the window in your room or bringing air freshener for a familiar smell. The floor in the room was somewhat clean but it was okay. The bin the bathroom kept falling over when we tried to open it because it was too light. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly. It was a lovely day and there are outdoor picnic benches to enjoy the morning sun. The location is good if you want to drive to get food on the night and it's only 35 mins away from Alton towers."
