We stayed at the Fashion TV Luxe Resort in Kemer and overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. It's a festive, all-inclusive 5-star resort with a great atmosphere, ideal for those who love music and lively evenings (the DJs are excellent!). The rooms are very comfortable, the bedding is high-quality, and the side sea view from our 4th-floor room was very pleasant. For around €250/night, or €125 per person all-inclusive, it's really good value for money. Amenities-wise, the lounge chairs around the pool are great, and the waitresses on roller skates who bring the drinks add a unique and friendly touch. To order, you scan a QR code and place the drinks in the basket. Even a Black Label is included in the all-inclusive package. It's a shame I can't drink alcohol. The pontoon overlooking the sea and the beach areas are also very pleasant. Special mention goes to the padel courts, which are very well maintained. On the other hand, we were a little disappointed by the food: several restaurants were closed, and only the Italian restaurant (reservations required) was open—full throughout our stay, so we couldn't enjoy it. The self-service canteen remained, decent but nothing special. The same goes for the sports bar, which was also closed. The gym could use some maintenance; several machines were out of order. The games room/bowling alley gave off a very strong musty odor, making the place impractical and unwelcome, and there are clearly repairs to be done in some areas. The spa and treatments are unfortunately overpriced, and the hair salon and cinema were closed. No excursions were offered either, which is a shame. Finally, it's worth noting that the hotel mainly caters to Russian guests—this didn't bother us, but it's good to know. Beautiful grounds. The food is average – red fish for breakfast is only available upon request. After we were given it individually, other guests noticed and complained. It was available for everyone the next day. Freshly squeezed juice, and only orange juice, is available for breakfast; it's not available at other times. The tea is similarly unavailable – freshly brewed tea is available only, Turkish tea and tea bags. This is unacceptable for this category of hotel. Hotels of lower quality do offer these drinks (tea and freshly squeezed juice from various fruits), such as the Juju Hotel. The service in the lobby bar leaves much to be desired – the bartenders are rude to their guests. Service elsewhere is good, especially at the pool bars, beach bars, and the main restaurant. These staff do their best, but the obvious understaffing is evident – ​​the staff are overwhelmed and sometimes fail to provide adequate service. What was disappointing was the room cleaning. Glasses and mugs weren't washed throughout our entire stay, we constantly had to ask for more soap. Cleaning, especially in the bathroom, was superficial. The toilet was dirty when we checked in, and even after contacting guest services, it remained that way. The toilet lid and rim remained dirty. A hotel that positions itself as a premium hotel shouldn't allow such situations to occur. It's unlikely we'll return to this hotel in the future; they've lost us as guests.

Food is great, animation for the child - a good, very friendly team of animators. The room was given luxurious, instead of the standard, lived as kings. The area is large and tidy, the beach is comfortable , at every step a refrigerator with drinks . The price is not humane , all the rest is fine

Excellent hotel, food is excellent, tasty, varied. service everything is perfect, there is something to compare with, it was even better here than in more expensive hotels. The rooms are normal, quite. Of the minuses on the beach there are a lot of cigarette butts, I understand that those who come are so unclean, but it would be ideal to clean up.

We stayed with our 5.5-year-old child for a week. The hotel was very nice. It's small, but that's a good thing. Our child quickly learned the locations and could get ice cream, a drink, or go to the restroom on his own. There was a lot of food, everything was delicious, including salmon, shrimp, and desserts. We even got tired of such an abundance of food; by the end of the week, even our child started refusing desserts and treats; he'd eaten so much. The sea is wonderful and clean. Many sun loungers are occupied before 8 a.m., but finding a spot was no problem for us. The reception staff were very friendly; we checked in early and were quick to accommodate any request. We didn't use the pools, so I can't say anything about them because we love the sea and it was warm, but there are two pools and several slides. The rooms are nice. They have everything. The entertainment program is also interesting every evening. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We had a rest in the beginning of May, the very beginning of the season, we were met well right away, although we arrived at 3 o'clock in the morning, everything was brought, the room was shown, the staff was very friendly, special thanks to the bartenders for the great cocktails, they even made them just on request, not only from the menu. There was enough food, the main thing is everything was delicious, you will definitely not go hungry, I think we will come back here with the children. The location is good, the beach is across the road, there are shops around the corner, the entrance to the sea is small pebbles, coarse sand.

Ugh, well, what can I say... If you don't like the room you're put in, definitely demand to be moved. We were initially put in an old, ground-floor room for disabled guests. The room size was good, but it was all dark, and the bathroom was simply awful. Black mold everywhere. After a few days, we managed to get moved. The new room was further from the reception, but it was fresher and not as depressing. Overall, regarding the hotel: the grounds are super: large, with tall trees, big pools, and a beautiful lobby. The beach is good, and there are plenty of sun loungers, especially if you're not shy about removing old towels from them. Note that the towel distribution point closes for a break from 12 PM to 2 PM. The buffet cuisine is like everywhere else: seemingly a lot of variety, but in the mornings you mainly eat scrambled eggs and watermelon. However, there was always something interesting to try. We weren't particularly interested in the entertainment. In general, when checking in, ask for a room not on the 1st floor, and not in buildings 24-25. I also don't recommend building 8. Everything else was quite good.
