My name is Gaukhar. I am from Kazakhstan, Almaty city. I arrived from Kappadokia yesterday to this hotel. I like everything here. Staff, swimming pool, Turkish hamam, breakfast, discoteq and especially sea. I have met Kevin today. He is destination manager. My room is clean, comfortable and suit. There is everything, what I need. The staff is polite and professional. The food is tasty and fresh.

Armas Beach Hotel, Chemer, Antalya: A Hidden Gem Although Armas Beach Hotel is rated as a three-star hotel, the services provided were absolutely impeccable. The hotel management goes above and beyond to meet all the needs and desires of their guests. As a guest at this hotel, I felt absolutely extraordinary. The young and dynamic team working at the hotel does everything possible to fulfill all the guests’ wishes. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable, and the same goes for the recreational areas. I am absolutely satisfied after a seven-day stay at this hotel. I hope to return soon and enjoy another fantastic vacation. I highly recommend it. The price and quality are absolutely incredible.

We had a rest in November, the sea is wonderful, the weather is excellent, during the day 24-28, in the evening 16-20 ° C. The beach is small pebbles, super to dive from the pier, there are no problems with sun loungers, in the bars everything your heart desires (both alcohol and food). The food is tasty, varied, almost around the clock. The room stock requires updating, there was practically no animation. From entertainment: a water park, a swimming pool on the territory without heating, cold. The gym is a C, table tennis (one table), cycling and hiking. It is better to rent a car outside the hotel., as well as a transfer to the airport. I recommend it for lovers of a quiet holiday and good alcohol.

The hotel is a disco and party, you won’t be bored, funny animation, entertainment all day long and there are no screaming children with their mothers - this is a huge plus! Of the minuses, tasteless food, poor quality alcohol, room cleaning is so-so for 4! Well, the contingent is 50% Iranian, the remaining 50% are single Turks and Slavs! Nice clean spa, I recommend it

Travelled with my partner for New Year for a week. Overall we had a great break, the hotel is not 5* but we were not expecting it for the price we paid. Pro’s Good location close to beach and amenities (some were open even in winter) Rooms were nice enough , we had a lovely room on 2nd floor with a part sea view and sun most of the day, coffee on the balcony on New Year’s Day is always a treat. Pro’s Staff - all the staff were good from arrival at midnight to leaving at 4am Spa. - Turkish bath and massage was lovely , the guy was a bit oversell and was trying to sell us another whilst we were still relaxing on the hot stone beds - left a bit of a sour taste and we didn’t go back but the sauna, Hamas and massage we couldn’t fault Drinks - good real coke in the mini bar , Smirnoff if you asked for it etc New Year’s Gala - really good evening a lot of effort made by the hotel and staff Cons Food - there was o plenty of it at any time of day but it was generally luke warm at best , I tried using the microwave available (for baby food I assume) but even that didn’t really work We booked the Italian and Turkish restaurants but I didn’t make it to the Turkish as I believe I had food poisoning from the Italian on Thursday night, I cannot prove this of course but my symptoms and the quick onset would leave me to believe it was. I was unable to leave the room again until we left on Saturday morning to get our flight. The area is very scenic , Kemer itself wasn’t for us but I can see why it is so popular, plenty of shopping etc.

First I have to inform, this is my second review. The first one was deleted because I couldn’t add more information or change it. This trip was a gift for me any my son after some hard time we had. Unfortunately I can’t say, I came back home relaxed and totally happy, as I usually am after holiday. But I want to be honest with my opinion. Very important is the fact, that this is not a 5 star hotel as it may be understood in Europe. I would rate it as 3 star maximum. The cleanliness of the hotel was very poor and you have to work on it. We have got very dirty room and I had to ask to clean it. A lady came but it wasn’t professional cleaning and no professional products were used. We stayed in room close to the heated pool area. Mini bar, coffee and tee in our room were not refilled. We stayed 18-25.01 and there were many kids groups (basketball-, volleyball-, soccer players). The kids were rude. I am teacher itself and it was really embarrassing to see how they do not respect other guests. At night they were very loud, running, yelling until 1-2 am. No teachers were present. I was many times looking for them to talk. On my 4th day I loudly asked them to be silent at 1:40 am and the kid said “f**k off” to me. This was enough. I reported 3 times about the noise and finally on 4th day a nice man at the reception offered a solution. The other ladies seemed annoyed I am complaining again. I couldn't sleep for 3 nights. Finally we were sent to “Guest relations” and the nice ladies there changed our room and truly tried to please us and help and I truly appreciate that. However I was reporting 3 times at the reception, late at night, we can’t sleep and the action was taken but too late and the holiday was bit ruined :( The change was for 2 remaining nights only. I take into consideration that my negative comment on trip advisor could be the reason as I was kindly asked to delete it. Anyway I felt uncomfortable with that and would give my honest feedback. The coffee and juice machines should be cleaned properly. It’s a bit hard to communicate with people around as they don’t speak English. Despite of the guest relations representatives with whom I could communicate easily. I know Russian so it helped me to communicate with others. The food was tasty. I don’t understand other comments telling that it was “catered for east europeans”. These is kind of stupid comments. There was plenty of different salads, hot veggies, rice, pilaf, meat (even though I was bit tired of lamb :), soups. For one week absolutely ok and tasty. It’s not Michelin restaurant. The food was not greasy. My 6 years old son has eaten every meal but he likes veggies and meat. So basically I tried to do my best to enjoy this holiday but some bad feeling is still there. Thank you Emma for helping us and making these last two days comfortable. You were very attentive and we appreciate your help. I am not the type of person who loves the “all inclusive vacation style”. I can’t comment on drink
