The location and facilities of the hotel are very nice. The quality of food, cuisine and staff is very high. The only problem is the parking facilities are not enough.

We rested in the hotel for 3 nights and we are glad that we did not stay longer. The hotel is more likely to be 3 * for the following reasons: 1. Employees. From the beginning, the security guard would not let me into the hotel to check in, because I did not bring a suitcase and bracelet when I came, which is simply impossible in his world. He only speaks Turkish, and we have no way to solve this problem until some people who speak English and Turkish help. In addition, shortly after registration, we were caught by a barker in the local Turkish bath, Ruslan or Rustem. Just like bath towels, he didn't give passes for all stay days. Once we had to go to the Turkish bath with him because they provided beach towels and he didn't give it to us until we booked the Turkish bath. When we had decided that it was best to lie on our own towels, he condescended to give us a hotel room. Then, at each meeting, he asked when we came and made a comment on the last day, such as ”Why did you go there with so little money?” A very disgusting type. Our door always had a ”Do Not Disturb” label, but that didn't stop them from knocking 3 times and breaking into our room twice, once in the afternoon and once at 9am. We slept both times and were very awake. 2. Food. Because there is a covid buffet with food delivery. Not only is the food objectively not very tasty, but you still have to wait in line in front of each ”counter”. As a result, you stand in 2-3 queues for each meal, holding a plate, just like rations. The alcohol is divided into two halves and poured into small glasses, so you must often go to the bar to line up. She asked for a full glass of wine, and the bartender murmured a few words about it, but she didn't ask much. 3. Entertainment. After 21:00, there will be live music performances every night. Parties over 50 years old. 4. The beach. The beach is very good, you can always find sunbeds, and the sea is clean and warm. The beach bar charges. In a word: they don't really care about service and hospitality. Otherwise, for money, a hotel is like a hotel. But we will not go there again.

The hotel is located in a picturesque location, near mountains and forest. The sea water in April is still cold. The food is normal, sauna, fitness, swimming pool.

The decoration of the hotel is unfortunately unsuccessful and far from aesthetics. There are many varieties in breakfast but they are not tasty. There are many varieties in lunch and dinner but they are not tasty. Some meats are left over from the previous meal, they were put on the buffet to make it look plentiful and then put back in the next meal because they were not finished. Unfortunately, the fizzy drinks have lost their gas.

Сами по себе апарты вполне приличные, несколько уставшие, но все более-менее. Чистый бассейн, современная хорошо работающая техника. Чистое белье и сантехника, удобные кровати и хороший интернет. Текущий шланг в душе, по просьбе быстро заменили. Проблема в том, что море достаточно далеко, район не привлекательный, запущенный, везде валяется мусор и неприятный запах. Пляж, тот который ближайший тоже неприятный, вонючий, грязный, камни крупные и скользкие, дорога к нему как через гетоо какое-то, ощущение, что через бомжатник идешь. Рядом с ним есть и платные пляжи, но там тоже все не очень, лежаки прям один на другом, от моря и полутора метров нет до лежаков, народу полно, в общем удовольствия от моря тут не получили (

We strongly recommend the Golden Lotus we had such a lovely relaxing time we even stayed an extra day the food was delicious all though the day so much choice and cold and hot drinks available all day all the staff were very attentive. This is a wonderful place to stay and value for money. Thank you to the Golden Lotus staff for looking after us we will return

The hotel was very enjoyable, staff at the height, description corresponds to reality and even better. The three-night room we were given on the 3rd floor with the most chic view of mountains, swimming pool and football fields. Cleaning in the room every day, shampoo and gel as well. Towel changed once only for feet. This is three nights. Animation is cool in four languages, guys try, young people. Food liked, food all day literally, until the sea transfer is not available, but it is next, 7 min. Hammam, sauna excellent. Recommended.
