First I have to inform, this is my second review. The first one was deleted because I couldn’t add more information or change it. This trip was a gift for me any my son after some hard time we had. Unfortunately I can’t say, I came back home relaxed and totally happy, as I usually am after holiday. But I want to be honest with my opinion. Very important is the fact, that this is not a 5 star hotel as it may be understood in Europe. I would rate it as 3 star maximum. The cleanliness of the hotel was very poor and you have to work on it. We have got very dirty room and I had to ask to clean it. A lady came but it wasn’t professional cleaning and no professional products were used. We stayed in room close to the heated pool area. Mini bar, coffee and tee in our room were not refilled. We stayed 18-25.01 and there were many kids groups (basketball-, volleyball-, soccer players). The kids were rude. I am teacher itself and it was really embarrassing to see how they do not respect other guests. At night they were very loud, running, yelling until 1-2 am. No teachers were present. I was many times looking for them to talk. On my 4th day I loudly asked them to be silent at 1:40 am and the kid said “f**k off” to me. This was enough. I reported 3 times about the noise and finally on 4th day a nice man at the reception offered a solution. The other ladies seemed annoyed I am complaining again. I couldn't sleep for 3 nights. Finally we were sent to “Guest relations” and the nice ladies there changed our room and truly tried to please us and help and I truly appreciate that. However I was reporting 3 times at the reception, late at night, we can’t sleep and the action was taken but too late and the holiday was bit ruined :( The change was for 2 remaining nights only. I take into consideration that my negative comment on trip advisor could be the reason as I was kindly asked to delete it. Anyway I felt uncomfortable with that and would give my honest feedback. The coffee and juice machines should be cleaned properly. It’s a bit hard to communicate with people around as they don’t speak English. Despite of the guest relations representatives with whom I could communicate easily. I know Russian so it helped me to communicate with others. The food was tasty. I don’t understand other comments telling that it was “catered for east europeans”. These is kind of stupid comments. There was plenty of different salads, hot veggies, rice, pilaf, meat (even though I was bit tired of lamb :), soups. For one week absolutely ok and tasty. It’s not Michelin restaurant. The food was not greasy. My 6 years old son has eaten every meal but he likes veggies and meat. So basically I tried to do my best to enjoy this holiday but some bad feeling is still there. Thank you Emma for helping us and making these last two days comfortable. You were very attentive and we appreciate your help. I am not the type of person who loves the “all inclusive vacation style”. I can’t comment on drink

Remember your holiday plan will be destroyed. He wanted to cancel the reservation for 6 days, despite having booked it long before. I made a reservation for a 45-m2 kitchen room shown on the site and I called to get security, and I learned a week ago that they don't have such rooms and that the kitchen is not in use. He said cancel it because I made a reservation for the appropriate price, but I still got the standard room because I had no time left and most of the hotels were full and there was no suitable hotel. Although I accepted the standard room, two days later he forced the room to be cancelled with a excuse for the disruption to be remedied for two days. After my room was cancelled, it was still in the vacant room. You will understand that there has been a pre-payment demand for the site and that the prices have risen for a reasonless reason and has not even offered me an alternative to remove my fault if it is not the company, or it is the company that has its own room or it is the company that has planned its holidays for long time. The hotel is a very pleasant shop in the city centre with a wonderful island view. The rooms are very comfortable, pleasant and every detail is thought.. from the soap, to the towels used, everything is very quality. You can make reservations without thinking. We were at the hotel at the end of April 2023. We arrived for the weekend for 2 days. In its price category, the hotel is just 🔥🔥🔥. We were a lot where we were. Girls on the resepschen clever. In the hotel cleanliness and order, food is just excellent meat, chicken, boilers, fish red on grill, creamy sauce, etc. It is on the first shore, the beach is good. In general, I advise, every day in the hotel there is animation and day and evening. Of course, if you go here for 10 days I don't know, somebody might seem bored, but people have rested a full hotel and everyone is happy. In Sneak bar a very delicious pizza, guisele, nagits, fries, shaurma. Beer, cocktails, drinks, etc. all day for a flight. Ice cream is qualitative and delicious. We will come again when possible 🤞🏼

This place of peace and calm is combined with a beautiful place inside the city life , away from noise , pollution and full nature . It is easy to reach as a location . Although we stayed in October , swimming pool is very good . The importance of hygiene in the rooms is visible in the eye. All the supplies you will need in the kitchen are available. Thank you very much to the Emre Bey, who has been waiting for us and helping us, despite having been provided late. I absolutely recommend 👌👍 And when I stayed here, it was the first word I thought; “Nature is protected by love and not by guardian” That is exactly how Emre Bey has protected the garden and the environment 🙏😇 This place where peace and tranquility meet It is a beautiful place away from city life, noise and pollution, surrounded by nature. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. After many visits here in last 5 years, i feel like i am at home. Easy to access in Antalya, Kemer with a nice view to sea. Starting from reception all your journey will be well assisted and you will feel yourself comfortable. Rooms are spacias and well equipped and cleaning level is satisfying. Foods are various from different cuisines and lots of tasty local options, including main restaurant and sneak-bar. From animation point of view, they are always smiling and helping you to enjoy your time with different activities + they have different show teams for special night shows. So you will not get bored. Hotel is not huge but big enough, so you will not feel yourself pushed in crowd while you are enjoying your stay. Last word, it is suggested 👍
