Amazing
GGenzhuoxiaoliqulvxingThe room was okay, but the amenities felt a bit old. The lobby, however, was absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious. The location is very convenient, with lots of shopping malls nearby. My only dissatisfaction was that I left a tip for the housekeeping staff to fold towel animals, but when I returned, the tip was gone, and no towel animals were folded for us. I was extremely, extremely disappointed! For those planning to visit the Erawan Shrine, I highly recommend staying here. Though, there are some newly built hotels nearby that offer better prices. Still, I'd suggest coming here for afternoon tea; the lobby on the first floor is just too stunning, and I took so many photos. It would be even better if the room amenities could be upgraded, for example, changing the hairdryer to a Dyson and the toilet to a washlet, which would greatly enhance the experience.

LleekuoThe location is absolutely fantastic, right above Central World shopping mall. To get there, take the BTS to Chit Lom station, walk along the skywalk directly into the mall, then take the mall escalator up to the 7th-floor food court. From there, find the supermarket on the same floor, and then locate the supermarket's exit to the parking lot. Outside this exit, you'll see an elevator specifically for transferring to the hotel. Take this elevator up to the 23rd floor, and you'll arrive at the hotel lobby! During your stay, you'll receive a welcome drink voucher for the Red Sky bar on the top floor, and each room also gets a daily 500 Thai Baht dining credit that can be used at several of the hotel's restaurants. The room itself is spacious, comfortable, and has excellent soundproofing. It was also cleaned spotlessly every day. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Bangkok!

IIRINA_NThe hotel is decent; it's more grand and classic than modern. Everything is clean. I booked a ”Luxury Room in the Main Tower” (with panoramic windows), but was checked into a different, lower-category room (smaller, small windows, a bit old-fashioned). I had to go back to reception, and they corrected the situation, eventually giving me the room I had booked. I paid 1500 Baht for early check-in (6 AM) – UnionPay cards work at the hotel. Overall, the hotel's location is excellent. The bedding and beds are perfect, cleaning is done daily, everything is very clean, and the room I got wasn't even worn out. The staff are very polite. The breakfast, however, is a bit meager for a 5-star hotel; Centara hotels usually offer more interesting options.

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied with my stay, highly recommend! Choosing the Jubilee Hotel for this business trip was an excellent decision! First off, I have to praise the room – it was incredibly spacious with a fantastic view, absolutely no feeling of being cramped. Enjoying breakfast by the sun-drenched window every morning, gazing out at the scenery, instantly brightened my mood and gave me more energy to start the workday. The hotel's Chinese and Japanese restaurants were also a pleasant surprise; the food was incredibly authentic and delicious, completely exceeding my expectations. Plus, the location is super convenient, making getting around for work hassle-free. Next time I'm in Thailand for business, I won't hesitate to choose this place again!

GGuest UserThe hotel service is excellent, with a complimentary shuttle boat to the Sathorn pier. If you want to go to ICONSIAM, it's only 12 baht, with round trips every hour, which is very convenient. There's a Ferris wheel night market nearby that's great for strolling around. The hotel provides tuk-tuks to take you to the night market anytime, allowing you to enjoy it as much as you like. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get anywhere. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off services; booking these in advance yourself is much cheaper than booking a taxi online. The hotel staff are very welcoming, and I had a very comfortable stay. If it's your birthday, the hotel even provides a small complimentary birthday cake. Exploring the night market and taking a cruise on the Chao Phraya River at night was a wonderful travel experience.

RRM3I had an excellent stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable. There was a gym on site which was small but had good space and was not busy. The rooftop pool was amazing and a great place to relax. I would recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserAddressed to Jon Warmington, the General Manager I recently stayed at Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium room 842 from 27 May to 1 June and would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. First and foremost, I would like to emphasize that I genuinely enjoyed my stay. The hotel, facilities, and the majority of the team members provided excellent service, and overall I had a pleasant experience. In fact, I am not the type of guest who frequently raises complaints. During my travels, I spend very little time in my hotel room. Most of my day is spent outside the property, and my interaction with the hotel is generally limited to breakfast and sleeping. As such, it takes a significant issue for me to feel compelled to formally raise a concern. The first issue relates to breakfast. During my stay, I invited a Muslim friend to join me for breakfast. He entered the restaurant with me but did not consume any food because he was unable to find suitable options that met his dietary requirements. While I acknowledge that I did not raise this directly with the restaurant team at the time, I was surprised when Reception later informed me that they had verified that my friend had taken breakfast. From my perspective, entering the restaurant should not automatically be considered as consuming breakfast when no food was actually taken. Nevertheless, I have decided to let this matter rest and move on. The second issue is far more serious and is the primary reason for this email. On my final night at the hotel, I was expecting a visitor. However, Reception did not contact me to verify whether I was expecting anyone before allowing my visitor access to the guest floors. Instead, my visitor was simply directed to my room and arrived at my door unannounced. Having worked within the Accor group for approximately 15 years as a Duty Manager in Singapore, I am very familiar with hotel operational procedures, guest privacy standards, and security protocols. It has always been my understanding that when a visitor arrives for an in-house guest, Reception should first contact the guest to obtain authorization before granting access to the room floors. While my visitor was indeed expected on this occasion, Reception had no way of knowing that without contacting me first. Had the visitor not been known to me, this could have resulted in a serious security and privacy issue. In my professional opinion, allowing a visitor direct access to a guest room without prior verification is unacceptable and falls short of the standards expected from an Accor property. What further disappointed me was the handling of the matter after I raised my concern. I wish to be clear that I am not seeking compensation of any kind. My concern is not financial. Rather, I expect an appropriate resolution and acknowledgement of the seriousness of the issue. Simply being told ”sorry” was not sufficient given the nature of the security lapse. The alternatives presented to me by the Night Manager were also, in my view, unreasonable. One option was for me to move to another room on my final night. Considering that I was due to check out the following morning, I found this solution impractical and disruptive. Being asked to pack my belongings and relocate because of an issue that was not caused by me did not seem to be an appropriate resolution. I was also informed that a Reception Manager would speak with me. However, I was unable to wait indefinitely for the manager's arrival. As a guest who was raising a legitimate concern, I do not believe I should have been expected to delay my evening plans or remain available for an uncertain period of time. Furthermore, I was scheduled to leave the hotel at 7:00 AM the next morning in order to arrive at the airport early for my flight. For these reasons, I felt that the issue was not properly addressed during my stay, which is why I am bringing it directly to your attention. I am raising this matter not only as a guest but also

GGuest UserThe best value luxury stay for Thonglor. This hotel offers a timeless luxury style complemented by a recent renovation that makes it a valuable addition to the Marriott family. Great sized and well appointed rooms provide a comfortable base in this part of Bangkok whilst the superb location with a dedicated canal boat dock provide rapid access to the rest of the city. Connection to BTS and MRT are easy with the hotels shuttle and canal boat. However the shuttle times are extremely limited for a premium hotel. The facilities are very good however the sauna and jacuzzi areas are seemingly abandoned(?) hopefully they will get them operational soon, by which point the wellness are at would rival some of Bangkok’s absolute best hotels! Front desk are kind and helpful, all in I would recommend this hotel if you want a base in the Thong Lo/ Ekkamai areas and don’t mind being a bit out of the city centre. The trade off is that you get a true luxury stay for a very reasonable price.
