I paid to stay at the premier suite at the Grand Hyatt Bangkok, which included access to the hotel's executive lounge. Although the lounge was on the smaller side with limited food selection, the service was very good overall. I would especially like to give my compliments to Mel, the primary Grand Club staff member serving me during the stay. He was very diligent and attentive. The elevated level of service he provided during my stay left me with a very positive impression of the hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future if I am in the Central Bangkok region.

A modern, stylish hotel with a convenient location near the metro. We absolutely loved our two-bedroom room on the 31st floor, with a balcony and a beautiful view. The breakfasts in the small, cozy restaurant were quite varied and tasty. The pool with a street view was very pleasant. It's a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport, about 27 km, but there can be traffic jams and rain, which can make the journey up to 1.5 hours. So, it's best to leave with plenty of time when heading to the airport.

I booked a deluxe twin room for two adults and two children, and both beds were spacious enough for us. The hotel was recently renovated, so it feels quite new and clean. Even walking barefoot, my feet didn't get dusty. It's conveniently located near the MRT Sam Yan station, making it easy to get around. There are two shopping malls nearby, so finding food and daily necessities is no problem. Plus, it's very close to Chula 50, which means there are lots of great food options around. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff were incredibly kind, and the hotel's accessibility and view were fantastic. The hotel breakfast was amazing! Honestly, everything was perfect during my 3-day stay. If I ever go to Bangkok again, I'd probably stay here. It was truly the best. Thank you so much! Especially the bottled noodles – they were seriously the absolute best. I still think about them even after coming home.

The rooms are located in the Huai Khwang area, close to Huai Khwang MRT station. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. This hotel is very grand and luxurious, and the staff are warm and polite. It's my first choice every time I come to Bangkok for a business trip.

The room is very big, but the stairs are a bit dangerous. The walls are thin, so you can easily hear noises from the next room. The room is on the 33rd floor, which is very high, and standing on the balcony felt a little scary. The hotel's location is not very convenient.

Staying here for 4 days 3 nights! Location was closed to convenient store, pharmacy, local market and surrounded with foods shop and massage. However, bit distances from mtr station. So in and out i took grab and bolt. Since it doesnt cost much, I find the location are still good enough. Staffs were attentive, friendly and professional. Door guy always smile and greeting most of customer. Keep it up! Fitness centre and swimming pool open from 7am to 9pm, wifi was good too. I did not try the breakfast as it cost quiet expensive tho. Room were spacious, hot water and aircon working well, one thing that bit disturb me was I could hear next room were talking, so I believe the wall is pretty thin. Overall, I enjoy my stay!

The hotel was great and the staff were wonderful, I was very impressed. The room was huge and I even got an upgrade! However, the restaurant upstairs wasn't quite up to par. The food was delicious but overpriced, and some of the staff weren't great, while others were so good I don't even know what to say.

The environment is comfortable, and the service attitude is excellent. Whenever my family and I had a request, they handled it quickly and with great politeness. The facilities are convenient, though we couldn't fully enjoy them due to ongoing construction nearby. A significant improvement would be to offer shuttle services between the airport and the hotel, as this is currently lacking.

The staff were very welcoming and checked us in quickly. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was clean and crisp. The air conditioning was a bit noisy and there was no iron available at the hotel. The food wasn't great. Otherwise, everything else was good.
