Guest UserLocated right above the Erawan Shrine, this hotel boasts excellent connectivity, making it super convenient for getting around, dining, and shopping. The service was exceptional, especially since we booked an executive room. A staff member from the ground floor front desk personally escorted us to the executive lounge for check-in. The only downside is that Bangkok's motorbikes and tuk-tuks are incredibly loud; we could hear them even from the 18th floor.

Anonymous UserFacilities: The room was quite spacious, and the bedding was excellent. The facilities were of high quality and the decor was very upscale, with great attention to detail.
Cleanliness: It was clean and tidy, and the towels were white, but the bath towels were thin and a bit stiff.
Service: The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and they even gave me a Sky.ar experience card.
Environment: It's very convenient for getting around and shopping nearby.

This was my first time staying at the Somerset Hotel in Phra Ram 9. It's just a 5-minute walk to Central Rama 9, which wasn't far even with a stroller and a baby. The Phra Ram 9 MRT station is only about 2 minutes further. The hotel offers a shuttle service to these two stops every hour on the hour, but honestly, the distance is so short that walking is more convenient for scheduling.
Since we were traveling with a baby under two, we pushed the bed against the wall. The floor under the bed was surprisingly clean and dust-free.
The hotel's pool has a 50cm shallow end, which is perfect for little ones. It's great for swimming at any time except between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM when it gets quite sunny.
The hotel breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular, but it did have suitable options for our baby, which was very convenient.

Averina_AniWe stayed at the hotel for three nights and absolutely loved both the hotel itself and the neighborhood it's in. Silom is always lively; you don't even need to go to Khao San Road. The shopping and entertainment street is right by the hotel, where you can find everything imaginable – shopping, shows, bars (I recommend the Irish pub with live music directly opposite the hotel), clubs, and stores. The large, fantastic Central Park shopping mall is only a 10-15 minute walk away. The room was beautiful and genuinely spacious, everything felt brand new, and the bedding and snow-white fluffy towels were delightful. The spacious shower had a bench and a rain shower, and the toiletries were good. The staff were simply wonderful, friendly, and always eager for a bit of small talk. The guys at reception and in the bar – you're amazing, I'll definitely come back to this hotel next year just for you. I asked for a high-floor room with a beautiful view and they provided it without question and with a smile. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and a restaurant area where breakfast is served. There's also a bar on the ground floor with exquisite decor. Housekeeping was daily, and the beds were so comfortable that it was impossible to get up for breakfast – you just don't want to leave them! There's a pool with welcoming staff at the bar; though the pool is small, the water is very pleasant, warm, and clean. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort and interior design but doesn't want to overpay (like for a W hotel). This hotel is no worse, and its staff make it a place you want to return to.

The hotel's location is pretty good. There's a convenience store downstairs, and about 500 meters south, you'll find a large shopping mall and a night market. To the north, there are all Chinese restaurants.
The room itself is quite spacious. Compared to hotels in China, the decor is a bit dated, but it's very clean and the bed is large and comfortable. The front desk staff can provide basic Chinese service, so checking in was easy. The breakfast spread is also quite rich. It might be a little far from the main attractions, though.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. The location is perfect, right on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, offering lovely views and a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel also provides a complimentary boat shuttle service to the nearest pier, making it incredibly convenient to explore IconSiam, WatArun, WatPho, Asiatique etc.
Hotel has an outstanding hospitality. Every member of the staff—from the bell attendants and reception team to the housekeeping staff, are warm, courteous, professional, and always eager to help.
We even got a complimentary upgrade from a Deluxe Premium Room to a Suite, which made our stay even more memorable. The suite was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. Breakfast got a huge variety to offer.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with exceptional service in Bangkok. We would definitely love to return on our next visit. View from our room is attached.

Guest UserGood hotel in a convenient Bangkok location and in excellent condition. Everything was clean and worked properly. The staff were polite, friendly, and attentive.
Breakfast and housekeeping could be arranged for an extra charge, although we didn’t use these services since there are plenty of places nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The only downside was that you can hear the neighboring room’s doorbell, even when the “Do Not Disturb” mode is on. Also, fresh water and toilet paper were not replenished automatically.
The rooftop pool was a nice bonus and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, we were satisfied and can confidently recommend this hotel.

KirillShtapakovA very good, affordable, and comfortable hotel, especially for its price. It's a bit far from the city center, but you can get to the nearest metro station for 100 baht by taxi and go anywhere. The room is large and spacious, and it's cleaned thoroughly every day. The rooftop fitness center and pool are also great. Only positive impressions.

Karlijn BThe hotel is beautiful, bright, and contemporary. We couldn't check into our room immediately upon arrival, but we were able to leave our luggage at the reception desk while we went into the city.
We had a spacious family room with a king-size bed and a bunk bed. The mattresses on the bunk bed were incredibly hard, offering no give at all when you sat on them. This took a lot of getting used to and wasn't very comfortable. The double bed was also firm, but slightly less rigid than the bunk bed mattresses.
The restaurant on the 15th floor is good, with a decent variety of options on the menu. The view from the rooftop terrace and inside the restaurant is absolutely stunning! The swimming pool is on the same floor as the restaurant, also offering fantastic views. The only downside is that there are only a few sun loungers available.
The coffee shop on the ground floor is nice and convenient. The coffee is delicious, and there's a wide selection of drinks. They also have croissants and other treats to go with your coffee. Prices are a bit higher than average. The hotel offers a shuttle service that runs hourly along a specific route, dropping you off at two BTS stations and the ARL (Airport Link), among other places. You can easily walk to the ARL station, it's about a 10-minute stroll, and you'll even pass a good breakfast spot along the way.
The hotel is a bit further from well-known malls like MBK and Icon Siam, as well as Chinatown and Khao San Road. However, if you take the ARL and then transfer to the BTS, you can be in Chinatown in about 35 minutes. A 7-Eleven is located opposite the hotel, and there are many street food stalls on the street outside. Many locals pick up food there or even sit down to eat.
The gym is good, open until 9 PM, and has air conditioning.
The rooms were cleaned daily, and the beds were made. They always neatly arranged our nightwear on the bed in decorative shapes.
Aside from the hard mattresses, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We would definitely recommend it.

Anonymous User1. I stayed for one night because I was attending a concert at Idea Live, which is near the hotel. I was really grateful that the front desk allowed me to check in before 11 AM that day.
2. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the showerhead was quite old and didn't work very well; the water pressure was too strong, but the spray area was very small.
3. Getting to the hotel from BKK (Suvarnabhumi Airport) involved taking the Airport Rail Link for a few stops and then walking for about 15 minutes. However, that walk isn't the easiest, so it might be challenging if you have large luggage.
