As very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! There are 53 hotels in the whole hotel A detached Riad, each Riad only accommodates 2 people, There are nearly 500 employees in the hotel. Even when the hotel is full, the ratio of the staff to the guests is about 4 to 1. Basically, if you search for Morocco on the Internet, many pictures will pop up this hotel. Many Internet celebrities first recommend the strong Moroccan style, but the price is also very expensive. My stay in June is considered to be the off-season, and the room type I stayed in is also They are all the most basic ones, costing about HK$14,000 a night, but expensive has never been his problem... 😂 Personal check-in experience: Since each room is an independent House, it is necessary to make a reservation for check-in or not to go up and down the stairs. I stayed at Sofitel Marrakech Palais Imperial, and it offers a truly beautiful and luxurious hotel experience. The room I stayed in was very elegant and reflected the spirit of Marrakech perfectly. It is a hotel I would confidently recommend, whether for a family vacation or a business trip. I would also like to thank Ms. Imane for her kind assistance during check-in. She was very helpful and welcoming. The overall ambiance of the hotel is wonderful. It has large gardens and beautiful swimming pools, and I believe everyone can enjoy their time here comfortably. However, I do not think it is the right hotel policy to charge an extra fee for using the indoor spa pool.

The service is very good. You can go to the spa and soak in the hot springs. The service attitude is very good. Most of the staff can speak English.

This is a very worthwhile hotel. It can be said to be the highlight of the entire trip to Morocco. Each room is an independent Riad courtyard. The service is friendly but not overly enthusiastic. Except for the average food, the environment can be said to be impeccable. Marrakech is actually quite dirty and messy as a whole. The inside and outside of the hotel can be said to be two different worlds. If I come to Marrakech next time, I will still consider staying here!

This is the best hotel I have stayed in in recent years, bar none.   Book in advance, often fully booked in three months. Specially quiet and comfortable Every design is exquisite The service is just right Everywhere is clean and spotless

It was rly amazing, the Hotel looks so impressive inside and you can discover so much. The stuff is very helpful and kind. What i not liked. - the security stopped me and asked if i am a guest i found it a bit of insulting. At the end he not even apologized for asking. - we booked 2 rooms. instead of bringing both of us in each room they brought me and my friend to my room and just after asking they setuped the room for my friend - i used the minibar and drunk one beer after i wanted to pick the 2nd one i figured out someone drunk it already and putt it empty in the fridge. My luck i could solve the issue quickly with the stuff and i not had to pay it. But at this price just disappointing. Overall we had a great stay and it was very comfortable in the room and the park is great so also the cocktails and food.  If i would come back, yes with my Girlfriend a bit longer to discover more whats hidden in this Magical Hotel

A wonderful experience, very accommodating. Very helpful and polite. A great location, breakfast was very good. Housemaid was excellent x Overall a lovely experience and stay. The pools were great, lovely selection of food and drinks.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly overall. We got a spacious room and the bathroom was huge. Cleanliness was top notch. There are a lot of swimming pool, and we never had a hard time finding sunbeds available. The interior heated pool was beautiful and very calm because it is adult only. We enjoyed the padel court and the other facilities. We had a lot of fun at the Aquapark (plenty of water slides to choose from). There are three main restaurants (Asian, Morrocan and ”international”). The Asian buffet is quite smaller and didn't have a nice range of dishes. The international one is bigger and has more choices but tends to be repetitive. The Morrocan was also a bit small but the quality was great. Overall food was ok. There are some animations throughout the day (ends at 10pm ish) for the kids and for adults which were pleasant and fun. We spent a great weekend and made good memories at this hotel. We definitely recommend!

On the day of check-in, I arrived very late and said that I wanted a quiet room, so I was sent to the innermost corner. When I entered the door, the curtains were not tight, and I felt that it was even worse. I asked for a room change. Fortunately, changing the room was fairly fast, but the room downstairs was changed, because there was a block on the second floor balcony, so the lighting was not good at all. The three meals I ate didn't have a day because the breakfast ended at 10 o'clock. The lunch and dinner were similar, and there was nothing to eat. I didn't see any seafood except grilled fish. The pictures were deceptive. There are quite a few places to play, but the water in another pool with a slide is cold, so it can only be displayed.
