"It wasn't a hotel in the traditional sense, more like a guesthouse. The basic facilities were inadequate; there was no hairdryer. The room wasn't very well-ventilated, and there was a damp, musty smell. Personally, I felt the prices in this city were a bit inflated. However, the owner's service was excellent."

"L endroit est idéalement située et quand vous arrivez en haut vous tombez sur un endroit hors du commun, une petite pépite au coeur de gueliz . Un accueil très agréable et aux petits soin. L hôte a toujours un mot et une attention pour vous. Je recommande cet endroit. La chambre était très agréable et confortable . Il y a une petite terrasse très agréable. Aux alentours tout y est proche Carré Eden a 3 minutes a pieds Pleins de restaurants, café et autres . Il y en a pour tous les goûts Un hôte vraiment sympa Merci pour cette semaine"

GGuest UserOur stay at Riad Ksar Agdid was truly special, and it felt much more like being welcomed into a warm home than staying in a hotel. Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, but here everything felt easy and comfortable. The riad has a calm, cosy stylish atmosphere where both adults and kids can relax, and we immediately felt safe, cared for, and at ease. What made the experience unforgettable was Raschida. She is a true gem of this place — incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely kind. She has a natural way of making you feel looked after without ever being intrusive. Her cooking and especially mint tea is delicious! The knowledge of Marrakech is impressive, and her recommendations were always spot on, helping us discover wonderful places we would have never found on our own. It felt like having a trusted local friend guiding us through the city. Thanks to her and the overall atmosphere of the riad, our family stay was not just comfortable, but full of warmth and beautiful memories. We would return without hesitation!

FfifihywWe had a great stay here, the staff were so friendly and helpful!! Thank you to Abdu, Hamza and Ahmed for making our stay so comfortable :) they gave us tips on what to do and what to avoid and drew them out on the map for us! The room was lovely, a bit dim but not too much of a problem overall. The bathroom was clean and had the basic shower amenities. The room itself was decent in size and not too noisy (you can hear some things from outside the room but it wasn't disruptive). There is a rooftop where you sit and relax, we had some mint tea up there in the evening and it was lovely and quiet. They served slightly different breakfast every day which was nice e.g. omelette, fruit, yogurt and Moroccan bread/pancake. They gave us orange juice and a choice of tea or coffee. The location is not bad, quite close to the markets but you need to walk a bit from the road and turn in some alleys before reaching the riad. You will see some cats in the alleys on the way to the riad and that was something we looked forward to each time haha

The riad itself feels modern and comfortable, but still beautifully preserves the traditional Moroccan riad atmosphere and charm. It gave us the best of both worlds — modern comfort with authentic Marrakech vibes. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. Our room was very comfortable, and the entire riad felt peaceful despite being in the busy city of Marrakech. What we loved most was the atmosphere — calm, cozy, and aesthetically beautiful. After walking around the chaotic souks and Medina all day, coming back here felt so relaxing. Truly one of the highlights of our Marrakech stay. Would definitely come back again 🤍

GGuest UserThis is an exceptional Riad, I would highly recommend anyone thinking of visiting Marrakech to stay here. The Manager Hassan and his very friendly staff were amazing, thanks so much ! The Riad was really authentic and clean, a great terrace and fantastic building. Location is ideal, just a short walk from Place Des Ferblantiers where you take a taxi if you so wish. El Badi Palace is a short walk from the Riad. The breakfast was delicious, freshly squeezed orange juice, breads and great coffee amongst our favourite. A fantastic stay. Thank-you 😎

GGuest UserI chose this riad because it had high reviews, and it was just as wonderful as the reviews said. The rooms and courtyard were artistic and relaxing. The food was also delicious, and although dinner was an additional charge, the tajine pot had a simple home-cooked taste and was very tasty. Furthermore, the owner and staff were all friendly and kind, so I was very satisfied. The homely atmosphere was soothing, and it was the first time I'd ever had such a difficult time checking out. I'd definitely like to visit again.

From booking to our warm welcome, the delicious breakfast and the staff’s guidance, and assistance with luggage etc really made it an incredible experience. The courtyard is beautiful and a lovely place to relax. Meloud and Zuhair went above and beyond to make it a memorable stay for us! Would love to stay again.

AAnonymous UserThe Riad was in a great location, the staff were kind and breakfast was nice (pancakes and jams with coffee). But the Riad itself was very tired. There was no pool as advertised (or spa), the loungers and communal areas were dated and the ‘family suite’ had tiles missing in the bathroom and again seemed very dated.

GGuest UserWe didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.
