Amazing
GGuest UserStayed at the Portals Hills, for a 5 day break, we were part of a wedding party group. The location was great ! short walk will take you down to the some shops, Restaurants, or the beautiful, Portals further down the hill. The Hotel its self was just luxury, clean, the staff friendly and also on hand to accommodate, breakfast was fresh, healthy, and a good selection. The views stunning, Hotel pool area beautiful.
Everything I expected in a boutique hotel.
We will defiantly book again.

WWajiwapaiFacilities: Not very new, the temperature adjustment buttons for the bathroom bathtub and shower are broken. Fortunately, the temperature is stuck in the state of use. The gym is large, the indoor pool is large and there are few people!
Hygienic: Because it is a private garden on the first floor, there are inevitably small bugs
Service: Full score, every employee of the hotel is enthusiastic and the hotel has an electric bicycle rental service completely free!
Episode: On the first night, I encountered a short power outage. Although I didn’t interfere, I was inevitably disappointed, and the hotel staff did not explain.

NNinAg_I really like the room leading directly to a small garden. The weather is very good and the hotel public area is also very beautiful. It seems that there is a door at the end of the large garden that leads directly to the beach. There is a road along the sea for a leisurely walk.

Eesper一定要定有海景的房型，在陽台上就能看到絕美海景，不用費力去找網紅果凍海。酒店內部走下去的公共海灘很美，下午曬太陽下海玩了直接回酒店洗澡，很方便，晚上看到了橙色的晚霞和被染成紫色的大海。整個小鎮充滿了輕鬆愉悦的氛圍，喜歡這裏。入住時前台給升級了房型，協助給凱悦會員積分，附近免費公共停車場很多，轉一轉就能找到車位。酒店是翻新過的，整體設施完善合理，比預想的還要好！

GGuest UserIt was so good! It was a dreamlike hotel.
Because it's an annex, I have to walk to the swimming pool and breakfast, but the road is so beautiful, so it's another pleasure
The staff were so friendly and the service was good 👍🏻
If I go to Palma again, I'll go again.
I recommend having breakfast and spending a long time at the hotel.
