"Perfect for a family holiday especially younger children, the location is ideal for puerto portals, bendinat etc the staff were super helpful and friendly. Only one issue was them doing works around the pool replacing the umbrellas digging up the grass and mixing cement right next to us as we were sunbathing etc. this went on over a few days. Kids club was Fab."

"The hotel is in a very good location and is newly renovated. It is very clean and refreshing, and the room is big enough. The off-season price includes breakfast. It only accepts adults, there are no children in the hotel, and it is relatively quiet. There is a resident singer at the outdoor swimming pool downstairs by the sea at night, which is very suitable for adults to relax on vacation. Recommended"

"Wow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas. I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is. Much love xx"

"We paid to upgrade our room to include a coffee machine, water and fruit. None were there, went to reception and was told they do not offer that service anymore, but would put a coffee machine in our room. Coffee machine arrived, it had not been cleaned, the filter had coffee in it that was mouldy. We were given 2 bottles of water, open with paper cups. Housekeeping was awful, had a shower the first evening, used toiletries provided, they were never replaced! Arrived on Sunday sheets and towels were not changed until Friday. Furniture was never dusted, bathroom mirror not cleaned."

"I can't state enough how much i have enjoyed staying here. The hotel is absolutely stunning. As soon as you walk in the reception is clean ans has such a good vibe. The reception staff are fantastic and can not do enough for you. We payed extra for the sea view room and it was gorgeous, the rooms are so clean and well maintained. The cleaners work so hard. The food for breakfast was on point , a lovely choice and always fresh. The bar staff WOW they wait on you hand and foot and never let you sit with an empty glass for long. Can i just give a big shout out to Rafa who is the most funniest man i have met. Hes amazing and so friendly, hes got such a great energy about him and hes a credit to this hotel :) We will 100% be returning thank you so much for a great stay"

"I was contacting you to request a refund because the room was already different from the photos (views), and then they sold me a superior room, an embarrassing room with a bathroom with no privacy. One day they forgot to clean, and upon our notification, they only changed the towels and made the bed without making it at 8:00 PM. The welcome was with two glasses of prosecco on the reception desk. I'm honestly not happy at all; I expected so much more."
