"Xiao Sun at the front desk was very enthusiastic. He took care of my courier and waited for me to check in. It was really a five-star service and made people feel the temperature of Yancheng.
The room is large, classic decoration but smart rooms, small, smart toilets, TV can be screened, bathtubs and disposable bathtub covers, very intimate.

Secondly, the service is super good. We arrived in the middle of the night. We asked the arrival time in advance to arrange the shuttle bus and told a lot of precautions. I wanted to go to Wild Ludang to see the stars, but I found that I saw it very clearly at the hotel. The front desk was very intimate. GGoutoumaThis hotel was our second stop during our National Day trip. During the holiday, hotel prices generally increased. Gangbo Peninsula was marked as a five-star hotel and the location was relatively remote. Fortunately, the price was affordable and it was right by the Riyue Lake, so we decided to stay. After we arrived, we learned that the Shui'an Building we stayed in was separate from the main building. All formalities were done in the Shui'an Building, and breakfast was also in the Shui'an Building. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the space was not large, and the room decoration and facilities were not five-star standards. , about three stars, the breakfast variety is average, and it does not meet the five-star standard. Considering the room rate, these are still in line with the price. I was a little disappointed that the swimming pool was not open and was said to be under maintenance; the waiter delivered fruit to the room and knocked on the door. I replied ”Wait a minute”. Before I could open the door, the waiter swiped the card to open the door and entered the room. It was unprofessional; Riyue Lake It's really not big, and the surrounding greenery and facilities are not complete. AAnonymous UserMs. Qian at the front desk was incredibly friendly and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe twin room. The room itself was exceptionally spacious and fully equipped, featuring a large bathtub that could be filled with hot spring water for a relaxing soak. Welcome fruits were a nice touch. There's also an indoor swimming pool in the building opposite; just remember to bring your own swimwear, goggles, and cap. It's open until 9 PM. Furthermore, the breakfast spread was extensive, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and was served until 9:30 AM.
The only downside was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the large room when we first entered, likely from a previous guest. We had to open the windows and turn on the exhaust fan, and it still took most of the day for the smell to somewhat dissipate. I hope housekeeping can thoroughly ventilate rooms if they detect any smoke, as second-hand smoke is really unpleasant.

The milk is made from milk powder, and snacks such as small cakes are made from cheap plant-based cream. I probably won’t choose breakfast here again next time.

JjasmineThe hotel environment is super good, just in the forest park, although five stars, hardware facilities are complete, some practical details are a bit lacking: such as the bathroom is large, dry and wet separation, there is a bathtub, bathrobe, but there is no hand sanitizer, even hand washing soap is not available, can not understand. Fortunately, the service remedy is still timely, telephone communication, and immediately respond. The breakfast room is too small, breakfast time 7:30--9:30 is a bit short. If you take the elderly on vacation, the elderly get up early and need to eat early, which needs to be improved. There is also a small breakfast room and a small location. If the meal time is concentrated, it will definitely need to queue for a long time. However, the breakfast type is mostly Chinese, suitable for Chinese tastes, and also conducive to elderly children. The hotel is not expensive on weekends, and two tickets for the forest park are also sent, which is very cost-effective. Guests who do not pay attention to details are fully recommended to take the hotel to travel with the baby.

1st impressions were good. Even though the staff spoke very limited English they checked me in efficiently (I do speak some Chinese but if you don't it's okay). The rooms are a good size and the big picture windows give great views over the public lake/park. the only downside was the faint aroma of stale cigarette smoke in the room but this is China and unfortunately to be expected.
The downside was the breakfast was very Chinese and though I love the cuisine here I'm not a lover of Chinese breakfast. It would have been better if the cook knew how to make fried eggs in different styles than just solid yokes and they invested in a good coffee machine. The coffee was in a flask....and was white....I didn't even try the bit I poured into a cup. The positive is Wuyue Plaza is a 10 minute stroll and has a Starbucks and MacDonalds!
I had a look at the gym and pool. Gym was 10 yuan, pool was 40. Both looked okay. The hotel grounds needed a bit of a tidy up but were okay. I couldn't find direct access into the lake/park area but then I was only there 2 nights.
The big convenience was Wuyue Plaza. The top floor was restaurants. A decent selection. Towards the back on the outside walking street was a decent little bar (Black Vine). Nice manager, 8 craft beer taps, lots of bottled beer.
Yes, I'd stay here again as it suited my purpose.
