The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The entire property was impeccably clean, making my stay even more enjoyable.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. They went the extra mile by offering assistance proactively—whether guiding me or simply checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness added a personal touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest.
I was also deeply impressed by their honesty and efficiency. When I realized I had left an item behind, I called the hotel, and 小徐 (Xiao Xu) at the front desk confirmed within seconds that it had been safely kept. She even arranged for it to be delivered to me the very next day—such outstanding service!
Thanks to this wonderful experience, I will definitely choose Mercure hotels again in the future. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making my stay so delightful!

LLampard777The hotel is located in the Dayang Bay Scenic Area, with a good location and convenient access to the scenic area. I booked a private hot spring room with its own hot spring pool. You can take a bath at any time and it is very private. The hotel facilities are also good, with smart toilets and coffee machines. After booking for two days, pastries, fruits and mini bars are replenished every day, which is a good comment. I specially booked the cherry blossom period. The cherry blossoms in Dayang Bay are in full bloom, which is very beautiful. You can take pictures no matter how you shoot. The scenic area is very large. If you are tired, you can contact the hotel butler to help you transfer back to the hotel. Overall, I feel very satisfied with this trip. Finally, I would like to thank a young lady at the front desk! At that time, I had just checked out and was ready to call a taxi to the high-speed rail station. Because the hotel is in the scenic area, the taxi driver needs to drive in from the east gate. The driver couldn't find the hotel and directly canceled the order and left. The front desk lady was afraid that I would call a taxi late and miss the high-speed rail, so she drove her own car to take us to the high-speed rail station. It was a very considerate service. I will come again in the future!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a great location, with RT-Mart and pedestrian streets nearby. You can walk to Red Lantern in the morning to eat fish soup noodles and big meat buns. The hotel service is very good and responsive. The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are spacious, the toilet flushes automatically, the shower has a strong flow, the bed is very comfortable, especially the pillows are the most satisfactory among all the hotels I have stayed in. The hotel has an underground parking lot with convenient access. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good, which should be a common problem in major hotels. I will stay at Atour again next time.

YYanggaogaoThe room is clean and tidy. The service response is fast. The afternoon tea and breakfast are great. The ingredients are fresh and the environment is quiet. I will stay here again next time. Dinner is the pork knuckle from the restaurant on the 15th floor. It tastes great too.

DDingdingThe room is quite spacious and the view outside the window is also very good. It's just that the furniture and appliances are quite old. But the hygiene is quite clean. The service was acceptable. One point was deducted because when we checked in, the front desk clerk did not tell us exactly where the elevator was for guest room check-in. As a result, I led two elderly people in their 80s with large and small bags. Xingli walked around in the lobby on the first floor. Moreover, in such a big hotel, there is no staff to deliver luggage in line, which is very inconvenient. Also, the breakfast in the hotel is not worth the 98 yuan at all. The milk is made from milk powder, and snacks such as small cakes are made from cheap plant-based cream. I probably won’t choose breakfast here again next time.

TTime Traveller123This wasn’t my first time staying in Mingcheng Jinjiang hotel but I must say this time they reminded me how great they are.. I contacted them in advance asking them if they will provide temporary residence registration form. They were super professional especially Sandy Li, who made sure the form was ready. Check-in was smooth and quick, car parking was super convenient. Hotel room was clean and spacious. I asked for a bottle of water, they sent 3 bottles. They were amazing throughout my stay there. It’s a pity I missed breakfast both days as I woke up late hahaha.. but overall an amazing experience.. will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Yancheng.

MM459920****National Day punch card Dazong Lake Kaiyuan Hotel, the experience is directly full! Going to Dazong Lake on National Day, choosing Kaiyuan Hotel is really the right choice! Just arrived at the hotel, I was intimately sent to the free parking lot. The security guard took the initiative to help direct the reverse, and also took the luggage in our hands. It did not let the anxiety of finding a parking space during the holiday affect the mood. When checking in, the front desk lady Xiao Xue smiled very sweetly. Not only did she finish the procedures quickly, she also took the initiative to give us the tour route of the popular science scenic spot, and even remember ”which section of the reed is the most popular film”. It was a surprise to enter the room. The floor-to-ceiling windows were facing the lake view. In the morning, you could see the mist around the reeds. The bedding was soft like a cloud. The bathroom was super clean and the bathroom was separated from wet and dry. Even the toiletries were light and woody. The details were full. The most amazing thing is the hotel's special performance! In the evening, I watched the non-legacy song and dance on the lakeside stage. The actors wore traditional costumes. The song accompanied by the sound of the lake was particularly atmospheric. There was also an interactive link in the middle. We followed up with simple folk actions. The live laughter was constantly, which was much more interesting than simply visiting the scenic spot. The food did not disappoint, the restaurant's big longitude lake clear water crab crab yellow to full of oil, the powder round dumplings wrapped in fruit filling, even fried vegetables are fresh enough to taste dewy. The waiter added tea and changed dishes in a timely manner. I saw that we had brought the children and took the initiative to send small snacks, which was intimate and warm. This National Day lived comfortably and had fun. From parking to check-in, to eating and entertainment, Kaiyuan Hotel made people feel thoughtful everywhere. I have recommended it to my friends, and I will choose here next time I come to Dazong Lake!

The sanitation is very clean. The first time I lay on the quilt with a faint fragrance on the bed, I could think of this as the bedding that the boss personally cleaned, because it smelled the smell of washing powder, and the general cleaning factory was reluctant to use a good detergent! This is also the only thing I can determine that it is indeed a change for one guest, and there is no taste for a long time! Next time you come here to stay directly, you don't have to choose! Praise! Also, there are a lot of parking spaces in his house, and it is very convenient to stay! And the price is particularly cheap,

1st impressions were good. Even though the staff spoke very limited English they checked me in efficiently (I do speak some Chinese but if you don't it's okay). The rooms are a good size and the big picture windows give great views over the public lake/park. the only downside was the faint aroma of stale cigarette smoke in the room but this is China and unfortunately to be expected.
The downside was the breakfast was very Chinese and though I love the cuisine here I'm not a lover of Chinese breakfast. It would have been better if the cook knew how to make fried eggs in different styles than just solid yokes and they invested in a good coffee machine. The coffee was in a flask....and was white....I didn't even try the bit I poured into a cup. The positive is Wuyue Plaza is a 10 minute stroll and has a Starbucks and MacDonalds!
I had a look at the gym and pool. Gym was 10 yuan, pool was 40. Both looked okay. The hotel grounds needed a bit of a tidy up but were okay. I couldn't find direct access into the lake/park area but then I was only there 2 nights.
The big convenience was Wuyue Plaza. The top floor was restaurants. A decent selection. Towards the back on the outside walking street was a decent little bar (Black Vine). Nice manager, 8 craft beer taps, lots of bottled beer.
Yes, I'd stay here again as it suited my purpose.
