Stayed at this hotel with my mom, and wow, I was genuinely surprised by how amazing it was! The lobby immediately impressed us with its beautiful, classic American retro style – very grand and elegant. They even had complimentary coffee and candy. The front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, even gave me a snack gift bag. When we got to our room, there was turndown service, which included yogurt, Funing cakes, and a fruit platter. Every corner of the room was spotlessly clean. The TV was impressively large and high-definition. The bed was incredibly comfortable, beyond words. I drifted off to sleep soundly until morning, thanks to the lavender eye mask provided by the hotel – such a great night's sleep! The gym was practically ours alone, and I even noticed they provided alcohol wipes, showing their attention to detail. Later, we went to enjoy the late-night snack provided by the hotel. When we asked a staff member for assistance, she was incredible! She wore gloves and guided us throughout, even carefully checking the temperature of the tremella soup for us. And breakfast? Don't even get me started! The spread was so varied and delicious. They even had sunny-side-up fried eggs with runny yolks, and the handmade noodles were absolutely scrumptious! 😋 The coffee was excellent too. I couldn't resist taking some coffee back to the room to enjoy. I truly didn't want to check out! Seriously, this is a divine hotel, no words can fully describe it!

The hotel boasts a beautiful and spotless environment with five-star amenities. Service is decent, and it's conveniently located near Qianhe Lake Park and Andersen's Fairy Tale Theme Park, making it ideal for family vacations. There's also a swimming pool on-site.

Ms. Qian at the front desk was incredibly friendly and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe twin room. The room itself was exceptionally spacious and fully equipped, featuring a large bathtub that could be filled with hot spring water for a relaxing soak. Welcome fruits were a nice touch. There's also an indoor swimming pool in the building opposite; just remember to bring your own swimwear, goggles, and cap. It's open until 9 PM. Furthermore, the breakfast spread was extensive, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and was served until 9:30 AM. The only downside was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the large room when we first entered, likely from a previous guest. We had to open the windows and turn on the exhaust fan, and it still took most of the day for the smell to somewhat dissipate. I hope housekeeping can thoroughly ventilate rooms if they detect any smoke, as second-hand smoke is really unpleasant.

Passing by Xiangshui to stay at this hotel, the overall experience is particularly satisfactory. The location is excellent and the surrounding dining and shopping are very convenient. Free parking at the door is very friendly to self-driving passengers. The lobby is decorated in a simple atmosphere, the front desk staff is warm and professional, the check-in and check-out speed is very fast, and the demand response is very timely. The room is spacious, the sanitation is very meticulous, the bedding is clean and odorless, and the mattress is moderately firm and sleeps well. The room is equipped with a small intelligent voice control, lighting and curtains are controlled by one-click, and the sense of technology is full; the bathroom is reasonably designed for dry and wet separation, hot water is sufficient, and the toiletries are complete. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, with meat and vegetables, and the taste is very good. Sound insulation is good, the night is quiet and not noisy, the price is very high, next time you come to Xiangshui, you will choose this one, highly recommended!
