Stayed here during Labor Day, so it was quite busy. Check-in took a while. The room had standard budget hotel decor, but a nice perk was the balcony. Being close to Huanghai Forest Park meant good views and fresh air. The smart TV in the room wasn't working. I spent ages trying to fix it. When I called the front desk for maintenance that evening, the technician came, took one look, and just said, 'None of the TVs in the hotel rooms are working, haha.' What a waste of time; they could have just told me that over the phone. Also, the electrical outlet on the bathroom wall was broken and very loose – a real safety hazard. And the shower door wouldn't close properly, always leaking water onto the floor. However, the hotel did provide free tickets for three to Huanghai Forest Park, which was a nice bonus. P.S. We also had dinner at the hotel. It was a set menu, but the service was very slow, and the food was just okay.

After comparing several hotels on Ctrip for our National Day holiday, we chose this hotel. Our room, located on the first floor, was very spacious and elegantly decorated. I highly recommend the professional service of Mr. Sun, the security guard, Mr. Ge, the restaurant manager, and the handsome receptionist on the afternoon of the 8th. 👍👍 Cons: The location is remote, transportation is difficult, takeout is scarce, taxis are almost non-existent, and the bus service is limited and requires waiting. The breakfast selection and ingredients were acceptable, but perhaps due to the eco-friendly environment, there were occasional ants crawling on the table, and 5 or 6 of them were crushed on the napkin. Lunch and dinner only had set menus priced at 100 yuan per person, which I didn't have the opportunity to try due to travel plans. The hotel is very close to the Red-crowned Crane Wetland Park and the Intertidal Zone Art Village, and is easily accessible by bus.

If you go to Yancheng Chinese Elk Park, the hotel will give you tickets. Hotels and a large area near the hotels, including cross-border e-commerce parks, are run by the government. There are few tourists and it is not popular. But the environment is very good and suitable for self-driving travel. The facilities in the room are well maintained and the price/performance ratio is very high.

We wanted to order, but the young lady at the restaurant reception advised against it, saying it would take a long time and urged us to have the buffet. Since the child also wanted to try it, we did. To our surprise, most of the food was cold, and my elderly family member suffered from an upset stomach. Only the noodle station had hot food. On the second night, I wanted to order room service by calling the restaurant, but again, a staff member told me not to, insisting we have the buffet. By this point, I was quite annoyed. The hotel clearly offers various options, so why do they always make excuses and use long waiting times as a reason? This time, I insisted on ordering a set meal, and it was delivered relatively quickly. The food quality was very good and satisfying. Aside from being somewhat dissatisfied with the service at the Chinese restaurant's front desk, all other staff members were very good and courteous. I hope the Chinese restaurant manager provides better training. I believe our next stay will be a pleasant surprise.

For starters, many of the machines in the 3rd-floor fitness center were broken. The kids' play area was tiny and offered nothing engaging to do; it felt like a half-hearted effort. We took our child there, walked around once, and ended up going back to the room to sleep and watch TV. The hotel staff seemed understaffed and, for a resort hotel, lacked enthusiasm and interaction. Finally, regarding the hot spring center: the outdoor pool was dirty, the hot spring pools were cold, and the wave pool had tiny waves. If it weren't for the complimentary tickets with our stay, it wouldn't have been worth visiting at all.

Also, there was no information provided about the hotel's facilities, leaving guests to figure things out on their own.

I hope housekeeping can thoroughly ventilate rooms if they detect any smoke, as second-hand smoke is really unpleasant.
