"Environment: The room was spacious with a freestanding bathtub, and the decor was minimalistic. Facilities: It had everything one could need, but surprisingly, the toilet wasn't a smart toilet. The pool was 25m x 10m, which is just right for a hotel. Service: The service was quite good; they thoughtfully reminded us of breakfast times, and plate clearing during breakfast was very prompt. "My experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton Yancheng Dafengwan exceeded all expectations! The entire hotel is designed as an elegant New Chinese garden, with pavilions, flowing water, and lush greenery. Every step offers a beautiful, healing view. The room was spacious and spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the balcony overlooked the garden, offering a fantastic view. Staff members Xiao Cai and Xiao Song were warm and polite, making check-in efficient and even offering thoughtful cookies. Breakfast had a rich variety, with authentic local specialties. The heated pool and fitness area were also very well-maintained. Located next to the Dafengwan Scenic Area, it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway, and I certainly wasn't disappointed. The hotel perfectly blends the essence of Jiangnan gardens, offering a tranquil and quiet escape from the city. The guest rooms are well-equipped, and housekeeping is meticulous, with high-quality toiletries. The dining was delicious, with a good balance of meat and vegetables. The entire staff provided warm and attentive service, always ready to assist. Whether it's for a peaceful escape or a short trip, this is an excellent choice. Full marks!"

"The environment is great, super close to Holland Flower Sea, within walking distance, and you can see flowers from the window. The family room is also very spacious, and the hotel facilities are top-notch. The gym has a lot of equipment, as well as changing rooms and shower rooms, and you can watch TV while running. The only minor drawback is the Chinese restaurant. During the Qingming Festival holiday, they only recommend the buffet for dinner. On our first night, we arrived at the restaurant at 7 PM and saw a roll-up banner advertising Chinese set meals. We wanted to order, but the young lady at the restaurant reception advised against it, saying it would take a long time and urged us to have the buffet. Since the child also wanted to try it, we did. To our surprise, most of the food was cold, and my elderly family member suffered from an upset stomach. Only the noodle station had hot food. On the second night, I wanted to order room service by calling the restaurant, but again, a staff member told me not to, insisting we have the buffet. By this point, I was quite annoyed. The hotel clearly offers various options, so why do they always make excuses and use long waiting times as a reason? This time, I insisted on ordering a set meal, and it was delivered relatively quickly. The food quality was very good and satisfying. Aside from being somewhat dissatisfied with the service at the Chinese restaurant's front desk, all other staff members were very good and courteous. I hope the Chinese restaurant manager provides better training. I believe our next stay will be a pleasant surprise."
