"I genuinely want to praise the service at Weihai Blue Horizon Hotel! Our family came to Weihai for a trip, and as soon as we arrived in the lobby, Bellman Xiao Wang proactively offered to help us with our luggage, pushing a cart and being both enthusiastic and efficient throughout. It just so happened that the weather in Weihai turned cold, and that evening, he thoughtfully asked if the elderly members of our group needed foot bath tubs. This level of attentiveness and care was truly touching. When we checked out, we even received a small farewell gift, leaving us incredibly moved. Lobby Manager Yu Qun also greeted us with a warm smile during check-in, being enthusiastic and thorough, and the process was very quick. This stay was superb; next time we come to Weihai, we'll definitely choose this hotel again!"

"Absolutely loved it! The large bathtub and strong, comfortable shower pressure were fantastic, and the views were beautiful. It was clean and hygienic, with stylish decor. The laundry room on the 27th floor has six washing machines and six dryers, and the views from there are absolutely stunning. You can see Hanlefang downstairs and the train station not far ahead, making transportation and dining very convenient. The only downside is the dryers – seriously, they're terrible! It takes four hours to dry clothes! Please, for the love of God, replace them with commercial-grade dryers like the ones at Atour. There was a huge queue of people waiting to dry their clothes late at night, and even all six dryers couldn't keep up. Another drawback is the lack of robot room service. Overall, I really liked this hotel."

The hotel also features its own restaurant with very reasonable prices.
For our early high-speed train the next morning, the hotel went above and beyond by helping us book a car. The driver arrived perfectly on time to take us to the station!
All the hotel staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and provided exceptional service.
My only regret is that our itinerary was too rushed; otherwise, I would have definitely extended our stay to enjoy it longer!

"This hotel offers great value for money. From the moment we checked in, the experience was fantastic. The front desk upgraded us to a room with a sea view, which was spotless. They even provided a complimentary fruit platter. When they noticed we smoke, they thoughtfully brought us fig tea.

"The room was nice and warm. They even decorated the room on the day of our New Year's Eve check-in, which was very thoughtful. The room had a great view from the floor-to-ceiling windows.
Service: The three young men and women at the front desk were very attentive and responsible. They were on duty for all three days of New Year's Day. Xiao Yao at the front desk was especially helpful.
I would definitely book here again after my next trip.
Cleanliness: The cleaning staff were very efficient. Even though we didn't use the bathtub, they cleaned and disinfected it for us every day."

GGuest UserWeihai is a beautiful city, and the Sunshine Hotel where I stayed also brought me a pleasant mood. The hotel is located in the north of Huancuilou Park, with a quiet environment. Going east is the bustling Zodiac Street and Weigao Square, and the night market is particularly lively. The hotel also upgraded the standard for free. What touched me most was that when I checked out, I asked to check the room, and the beautiful lady at the front desk said, no, we don’t need to check for guests. This kind of trust is rare and also represents the overall quality and humanistic feelings of Weihai. If I have the opportunity to come to Weihai again, I will still choose Sunshine Hotel.

They not only provided us with a room, but also went out of their way to take care of everything for us; I felt so embarrassed! The environment was lovely, and there were plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby. We even went to the market to buy seafood, and they prepared tableware and a table for us, and even started a fire to steam the seafood for us. They also had homegrown fruits and vegetables in the backyard for us to eat, and they even gave my child popsicles. The guesthouse also had kittens; the owner's mother is very kind and feeds stray cats, adopting those abandoned by others. Having kittens added so much joy for my child. The attention to detail was excellent; the rooms were spotless, and they even provided disinfectant spray. Friends, if you're visiting Rongcheng, Weihai, you absolutely must check this place out! I highly recommend it, and the price is very reasonable.

MMindtalityI recently visited this hot spring, and every part of the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and kindness, going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. They gave me more than I expected, and their hospitality truly made the entire visit unforgettable. The facilities were spotless, beautifully maintained, and relaxing in every way. The water temperature was perfect, the atmosphere calm and peaceful, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged for guests to unwind. It’s clear the team takes great pride in their work and genuinely cares about their visitors. After soaking in the hot spring, I had a meal at the on-site restaurant, and the food was outstanding—the dumplings, in particular, were perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and easily some of the best I’ve ever had. I would honestly come back just for those dumplings alone. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, delicious food, and a truly welcoming environment, this hot spring is the perfect choice. GGuest UserThere's not much to complain about. The location is excellent, though I booked late and the location wasn't the best. The hotel restaurant has a direct view of Bruvis.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness could be improved; the showers were a bit dirty.
Service: Service was acceptable. They even turned on the lobby lights for us when we went out to take pictures of the snow late at night.
Facilities: To be honest, the facilities need significant improvement. First, there's no direct access to the second floor; you have to go to the third floor first, which is very inconvenient when you have luggage. There was no staff to help with luggage when checking out. Second, during the off-season, many doors were locked. You had to contact staff to leave, but there was no dedicated butler to respond promptly, which was quite troublesome.

SSOONHONGI asked for a non-smoking room, and I think that the hotel did give me one. But there is something everyone should know about who goes to China. Many still smoke indoors, even near kids. No room is truly free from smoke, I imagine. My room had a weak smell of smoke, and that scent was in all the places, from the lobby and lifts to the corridor. Still, the hotel staff were friendly and kind throughout my stay. Talking to them may be difficult if you do not speak Mandarin, as most staff know a little English, but a translation app helps a lot. They were all kind and happy to help. This was my first trip to Weihai, and the trip was for a friend’s wedding in one of the hotel’s halls. So, the spot was quite good for the event. If you go to Weihai just to see sites or other fun spots, you might want to look at other places to stay. That said, the hotel has a sweet sea view and parks by the sea, which is nice for a slow walk and some clean air.

We took the train to Weihai Station at 1:30 pm, and went straight to Liugong Island when we arrived at the station, because the history of the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895 must be told to the children. Other attractions are left to chance. The last boat to Liugong Island is at 3 o'clock, and there were not many people queuing for the boat when we went to the island.
Check in first when you get to the island. Liugong Island Hotel is next to the cable car station and Dingyuan Ship. The No. 4 Courtyard we booked is not far away. It is the former site of the Beiyang Navy Hospital. There are two rows of bungalows in the courtyard, and the kang room is very distinctive. Before closing, we visited the Sino-Japanese War Exhibition Hall and Dingyuan Ship. After the last boat leaving the island at 6 pm, there were not many people on the island. We just played at the beach.
In the evening, there is nothing else for children to play except the scenery of the island. To watch the sunset, you have to go to the westernmost part, and to watch the sunrise, you have to go to Donghong Fort. I didn't go with my two children to join in the fun. I thought it was unnecessary to stay overnight, but after taking the Grand Island Tour Bus early the next day, I gradually felt that there were too many people. I basically finished the tour and got off the island around 10 o'clock, and then I realized how wise it was to stay on the island. People waiting to get on the boat took pictures from the pier to the tourist center.
The service staff of Liugong Island Hotel are very enthusiastic, and the dinner in the restaurant is delicious and not expensive. It is very good. It is recommended to move up the breakfast time to 7 o'clock, but the island cruise starts at 7 o'clock. If you eat slowly and catch up with the crowd, you will not have the advantage of staying on the island. 😁

The location is very good, just opposite Shandong University, there are several convenience stores downstairs, very convenient, the room is very large, far beyond expectations. And the front desk lady is very good, politely inform all the precautions, very happy stay experience, next time I have the opportunity to come to Weihai, I will consider this.

You can also take the bus No. 117 or No. 289 in front of the door. Bus No. 117 goes directly to Huaxing Bridge, a popular check-in place. 2. In addition, you can watch the sea from the public platform on each floor of the hotel, and there is a children's playground on each floor, which is suitable for walking babies. 3.
