1. There are many free DIY activities in the museum, but when I checked in on 2/15, several activities were different from what was scheduled. The staff said that because there were too many people the day before, the materials were used up and they changed to other projects. I was looking forward to making a bracelet + bag, but I didn't make it. 2. Checked in to the Shanshui Deluxe Family Room. Six people booked two 4-person rooms just to have a balcony. The order facilities showed that there was a balcony + there was one in the pictures. Before booking, I called to ask what the difference was between the other room type and this one. The staff also said that the only difference was the balcony. When we arrived that day, we were assigned to a room on the second floor, all of which had no balcony. I called the front desk and they kept telling me that they would assign room types based on the order of check-in and reservation on the booking website (I really couldn't find where it was written), and that all the rooms with balconies were sold out that day, and that we had booked this week so we would be assigned this room type... Later, because we still couldn't accept that the actual room we booked was different from what we actually had, after a series of communications, we were given a double room with a balcony without paying any extra money.

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, and overall, I wouldn't consider it worth the cost. The hotel itself is old, and the facilities feel very dated. While it boasts a large swimming pool and spa areas, they were unusable during our stay as they were running with cold water. We didn’t see anyone using them. The “beauty pool,” which was advertised as having heated water, was disappointing due to a strong sewer-like smell. Additionally, the sauna is not complimentary for hotel guests, which felt unreasonable. The dining experience was also underwhelming. The à la carte food in the restaurant was below average in quality, the portions were small, and the prices were high. However, the atmosphere was pleasant, though it felt odd being the only customers at 8 p.m. On a brighter note, the breakfast was excellent. I would rate it four stars for its variety of local and aboriginal food, which was a highlight of the stay. The timing of activities for kids was inconvenient as well. While kids could play pool and ping pong for free in the evening (after we arrived at 7 p.m.), all other activities were scheduled for late morning or early afternoon, after checkout time. The hotel’s location is another drawback. It is far from restaurants and busy areas, making it necessary to have a car or take a taxi. The one positive aspect of our stay was the room. We booked the premium family room/suite, which provided separate sleeping areas for parents and kids—a feature we appreciated. However, this came at a premium price, costing 25% more. I had requested a room with a view, and the front desk clerk was accommodating, which I appreciated. Overall, while the room and breakfast were nice, the rest of the experience didn’t justify the cost or the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the facilities and services.

The room is quite clean, but it's just next to the elevator. The soundproofing is a bit poor for those who care about sleep quality, but the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. There are a variety of dining options for dinner and breakfast, the dishes are fresh, and the service staff are very friendly. If I have a chance next time, I will want to come here again.

We had a wonderful stay in the hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful, the pool and view is amazing. Only topic to improve is to let the people eat and drink at the pool bar to enjoy the views as this bar isn’t open and nothing served.

There is a book bar on the first floor for rest, a small children's play area and a free beverage area. The swimming pool is outdoor, and there are bicycles to ride. There is a small park with sika deer to see. You can play for a long time in the hotel. It may be the off-season, so the room rate of more than 600 RMB is really worth it!

It is estimated that it will take half an hour to fill up. Breakfast is simple toast, hard-boiled eggs, and coffee. Just after checking out, you can go eat Dachi Doupi and walk along Brown Avenue~
