The sheets felt unwashed, stained, the air conditioners and electric fans were old, the sound was very loud, the room was crowded, but the price was cheap, which was acceptable. The location is very close to Tiehua Village, shopping is very convenient

After arriving, I realized that it was a tin house. Apart from the air conditioner, bathroom equipment, and bed, there was not even a chair in the room. Of course, I had to bring my own toiletries. The most surprising thing was that no towels were provided!

Great location (city center).
Love the design of the hotel. Nice relaxing space, big shared kitchen, green and open.
There is a laundry area (to be paid for the wash machine and dryer).
The staff is very friendly. Specially the girl at the reception when I checked out, could change my non-used voucher for a souvenir from the hotel (bag). The best hotel (price and quality) during my 9 days trip through Taiwan (Taipei, Hualien, Taitung, Kaohsiung, Tainan).

LLiThe hotel is clean and in a good location. There are many places to eat outside and it's not far to walk. It's just that the sound insulation is really not very good.
There are water dispensers on every floor, and you can drink ice water! It’s really needed in Taitung (bonus points)! ! The water is quite delicious.
There are free bicycles you can borrow, which is very convenient for people who don’t have transportation to travel alone. It saves money and effort. You can ride to the beach or go around to see the scenery.
It is recommended that the bicycle be inspected regularly, especially the chain and brake pads. The one I borrowed was in a serious condition of rust and wear. For safety reasons, it is better to check it again before riding.

TtwinkleracHotel is new & tastefully furbished. Love the basement Common lounge where guests can come together to eat, drink, read, watch movies or just relax. Room is also very comfortable, except lights are a little dim and there is no TV. Understand it's an intentional move by hotel management not to provide TV in room as they want guests to enjoy Taitung to the fullest & not stay in the room to watch TV. So need to get used to this if you want to stay here :)

GGuest UserThis is my first time to Taitung. Between Hotel Royal Chihpin and Z hotel, I chose Z Hotel due to its strategic location in city centre and close proximity to many eateries, Taitung forest park & Haibin park.
To make sure that I get to enjoy the high quality onsen, I took a cab which cost me TWD500 to HRC.
The breakfast served at Z Hotel was my favourite among all the hotels which serve buffet breakfast.
Oh, did I mention that I got auto upgrade to a spacious, deluxe triple room ? The bed is very comfortable and room is squeakily clean. Though it is facing the main road, I didn’t hear any traffic noise at all !

MMichael WenxueIt’s not a resort, no swimming pool, no spa, no gym, and no playground. No safe box in room, but there are a few at the front desk. It’s pretty close to beach park and forest park. The hotel provides free bikes. It’s about 15 minutes drive between the hotel and Taitung Train Station, the taxi cost is around NTD 250 one way. No Uber in Taitung, but the hotel can call a taxi for you and you can find taxi easily at the train station.

TtwinkleracI had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel.
There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because ”the hotel is closed for the day”. When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered ”because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number”. This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant.
Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on.
Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another.
In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again.

GGuest UserI arrived early at 1500 on the same day and checked in without notice. I was very satisfied and checked in very quickly. The service attitude was great. I can drive by myself. There is a parking lot. Parking is very convenient. The room is clean and the air conditioner is strong and cold. The shower has a large amount of water and is crispy. The breakfast is simple. It’s so delicious that I’ll want to stay here if I have the chance. praise

The interior of the room is clean. The paintings on the wall are very realistic. I thought they were stickers. They are quite nice

I originally wanted to book a different room while riding back to the train station from Tiehua Village, but I didn’t know that there was no room available if I didn’t book in advance. I called It’s fate that we will come back here again🤣! Also made friends.
