Fabulous the hotel especially the wall lights are shinning perfectly however one housekeeping staff with black suit were disputing to me when I took 4 small bottles of pure water from the trolley at corridor when back to my room even I said hi how are you to her firstly but she had total no any polite and disputed to me said which's my room number why I took the water by myself freely and blamed me seriously, it's totally shocked by me at that moment that's exactly a professional hospitality you're treating your customers like that right, as well the chef when met in morning asked him where's the restaurant for a couple of times but he had no any response back to answer your question, it's totally the uncomfortable taste to your hotel and will be definitely spreading your good service to others, herewith thanks to the management Ms Wang JieQing she's so kind to revert me back to above bad experience from me and sent me a plate of fruit for relieving me a bit thanks, hotel restaurant is awesome we had all our meals there for every day especially the coconut chicken is the best of the best from the restaurant seafood is perfect also indeed

I like to play tennis, but there is no tennis court. It's a little regrettable. Hygiene: Very good. The waiter found that the bed sheet was slightly stained and immediately changed it. Full set of bedding Environment: The hotel is located on Boao Tinghai Road, close to the beautiful and clean sea. Service: Humanized service needs to be improved. After returning from Boao, I went to Guantang to soak in the hot springs. The hotel is in a town and is easy to find on the roadside. There is a popular village called Beiren Village around it. The service attitude of the hotel front desk lady was good, and the room was upgraded. Every item was explained very clearly. The room was also very large and separated into three parts. The breakfast was also delicious 😋, and there was afternoon tea for free. The temperature of the hot spring was just right.

We booked a hotel on short notice. Manager Bonnie contacted us in advance to confirm the arrival time and helped us coordinate the upgrade to a suite. Thank you. The hotel is very grand in design, with low floors and low density. The swimming pool is the largest we have ever stayed in. The shallowest point is 0.7 meters and it gradually gets deeper. We didn’t go to the deepest point, but both adults and children had a great time swimming there. The room is also very clean and spacious. The sofa can be pulled out to make a bed, but the spring mattress is too soft and uncomfortable, so I put it away. It is enough for the children to sleep even if it is not pulled out. There aren't many varieties of breakfast, no surprises, but it's enough to fill you up. The trip was tight on time, so we didn't take the shuttle bus to Dongyu Island. The golf driving range is said to be 50 yuan for half an hour. Takeout here is much more convenient than in Lingshui, with more choices and cheaper prices. However, the quality of the beach and sea water is not as good as in Lingshui. If the hotel can be equipped with a self-service laundry room and more clothes drying racks on the balcony, I will consider staying a few more days next time. The biggest trouble during my trip to Hainan was that my clothes could never dry.

The hotel we booked together arranged very nice rooms for us. The weather in Hainan is quite warm, the hotel has a great sea view, and the front desk lady is very nice. There is nothing to choose from for this price and this level of hotel, and it also includes a buffet breakfast, which is very cost-effective. The only thing that is not very friendly to tourists is that there is no free laundry and drying. There are so many people and they charge per piece, which is a bit expensive. The front desk lady suggested that we just wash by hand. It is really good to have a large balcony, so that the clothes can be dried the next day.

The butler service was super considerate, following up from check-in to check-out, responding to every request, and the detail control was directly grasped~ I made an appointment for the cake-making activity in the hotel park. Sister Strawberry was enthusiastic and professional, and took the children to do it step by step. The children were super involved in the whole process, and finally held the cake they made themselves with a sense of accomplishment! The hot spring area was even more surprising, with several hot spring pools with different functions, clear water, private and comfortable environment, adults relaxed, and children also had a lot of fun~ The whole family had a great time, and I will choose this place next time I go on vacation! 💯

Amy at the reservation center was very enthusiastic and introduced the activities during the May Day holiday. Fishing and shrimping, which my little friend really likes, was very fun. Informing in advance that we can take the transfer point bus for free at the transfer station avoided a lot of embarrassment. Especially Amy was very careful to remind us to pay attention to the weather and take good sun protection. It was a very considerate service. I will come to Boao next time.
