一共住了四晚，房間是很大的LOFT，樓下的沙發打開是一張很大的床，孩子自己睡不用打開就很富裕。房間裏還有給孩子準備的小帳篷和搖馬，孩子很喜歡。設施很智能，小度全屋控制很方便。樓上卧室還自帶一個小洗手間，不錯。早餐不算很豐富，有燒麥，蒙古奶茶等特色食品，麪點和西式麪包的種類比較少，早餐還不提供蛋糕，也沒有內蒙特色的純酸奶，咖啡機的意式濃縮很淡，兑水的感覺，早餐真不如之前入住的東勝的皇室國際酒店。服務方面，前台服務員Lydia很熱情，贈送了孩子早餐，加了微信，有問必答。5層客房一位個子很高的晚班服務員必須表揚一下，洗手間的地漏有問題，下水慢，孩子兩晚洗澡水都溢出來，衞生間都是水，這位服務員很貼心地幫我們擦乾地面，還又拿來了新拖鞋，還從12樓幫我們找了替換的地巾，跑了好幾趟，還是很熱情！我每説一次謝謝，她都笑容滿面地説不客氣！讓我感受到了草原人民的熱情！非常感謝她！ 衞生的缺點和不足：房間洗手間裏和五樓的洗衣房裡均發現有蟑螂，餐廳蒼蠅也比較多。 服務的缺點：早餐餐廳門口的一個女服務員，毫無服務可言，連續兩個早晨攔住我和孩子，説房間衹含兩人早餐，跟她解釋了前台贈送了早餐，她説不行，必須讓前台的人過來當面跟她説，喪着一張臉，就像欠了她一樣！一個早餐，沒幾個錢的事，但是贈送了就是送了！就算沒送，自付也無所謂，但這個服務員，好好説話是不會嗎？！喪着臉好像她是領導，顧客是下屬，支使我走到前台找服務員來跟她報備！太過分了！有公主病就不要當服務員了，影響酒店形象和暖城形象！真是差勁！！本來挺滿意這個酒店，被她打了折扣！！可惜沒注意她的工牌號和名字，不然必定實名投訴！
