"This absolutely beats typical 5-star hotels that cost over 1000! It truly feels like a home away from home. The room is spacious with a thoughtful and practical layout. Towels are individually packaged, and it even comes with laundry detergent, which is rare. What's even more considerate is that the security guard cleaned our car windows – that service was a pleasant surprise! They have an afternoon tea that kids will love, and it's not just a drink and a piece of cake as you might imagine; there's oden, milk tea, pastries, drinks, and fruit. The young ladies at the front desk are also very nice; they always proactively offer bottled water every time we leave."

On the second day, we were responsible for moving someone else's car. If you drive yourself, I suggest you don't choose this hotel. They say there are charging stations, but there are always cars parked there and they can't charge at all. "My stay at the Lotus Hotel far exceeded my expectations; it was an unforgettable desert getaway 🏜️. The hotel, shaped like a pristine white lotus, blooms in the Kubuqi Desert. Its unique architectural design, stunning against the golden dunes by day and magically illuminated by night, offers endless photo opportunities. The all-inclusive package is wonderfully hassle-free. The three buffet meals offer a wide variety, including authentic Inner Mongolian specialties, and snacks and drinks are available all day. The guest wristband grants unlimited access to Xiansha Island and Yuesha Island, with VIP access that bypasses long queues in the sun, significantly enhancing the overall experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that provide direct desert views. A humidifier is a thoughtful touch, effectively combating the desert dryness. The staff are attentive and considerate, and the internal shuttle service makes getting around convenient. Watching the desert sunset in the evening, followed by a lively bonfire party and stargazing at night, creates a truly atmospheric experience. There’s no need to constantly travel back and forth to attractions; everything from dining to entertainment is handled in one place, making it perfect for families. If you’re visiting Xiangshawan, I highly recommend staying at the Lotus Hotel."

"After eight years, I came to Ordos again. Local friends recommended staying at Tieniu Hotel (according to the taxi driver, there is also a "Little Tieniu", please pay attention to distinguish). Weak alkaline purified water and washed fresh apples are placed in the corridor of the 10th floor (every floor) where we stayed every day. The sense of detail is strong (glass cloth, pressure line, band-aid, disposable towel, etc. are displayed in the lobby). I accidentally scratched my index finger and bled while riding on the prairie. It was very convenient to use the band-aid and alcohol cotton swab prepared by the hotel. The location is excellent (according to the hotel, 300 meters is the pick-up and return point of Shenzhou Car Rental), which is very convenient. Across the road is the Internet celebrity Lao Shaomai Restaurant. The cost-effectiveness is super high (the hotel's free hot spring sauna and gym are very comfortable. After having a meal on the fourth floor, I went directly to the hot spring and steamed sauna. It is very convenient). In short, there are many highlights that I want to recommend. I really like Tieniu Hotel. I will definitely stay again next time I come."

"We're locals, and we were so busy during the May Day holiday that we squeezed in a vacation on the last day of our break. The rooms were all quite nice. Our two families booked a courtyard suite for a little over 5,000 yuan a night, specifically for the beautiful courtyard and the lovely indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Service: The hotel staff were exceptionally good, always ready to help. They even brought us evening sweet soup and helped us order the fireplace in the courtyard. Cleanliness: The room and common areas were very clean. However, I really want to complain about the breakfast. It was pre-ordered the day before, and most of the items were pre-made, like bread and buns. The worst was the mutton shaomai (steamed dumplings). We immediately noticed something was wrong; it tasted rancid because it had been stored for too long, which was disgusting. We complained to the staff, mainly because we didn't want other out-of-town guests to eat it, but the chef in the kitchen said, "It's fine!" We were speechless 😓 After we finished eating, we saw other people who had just arrived already putting shaomai into their mouths. Environment: The environment is excellent.
