Kangzhu Kangzhu Kangzhu! Everyone avoid her! Don't check her in! She has a bad attitude! When her attitude was bad, a savior appeared. Her name was "Wang Jianbo". It can really be said that the hotel is blessed! The service was very good. He upgraded me and kept apologizing! It wasn't his bad attitude, but he apologized frequently! He also gave me a small gift! He served with his heart throughout the whole process! It was really great😎 The hotel was very good overall and the stay was very comfortable, so I stayed again! "Overall, the Shansha Hotel offers a very good experience. The room design is full of sci-fi fantasy, making it particularly suitable for families with children. The staff in the hotel's kids' area are patient and attentive, actively guiding children in their play, which significantly enhances the family-friendly experience. The hotel is a bit on the smaller side with somewhat limited space, but the layout is compact and efficient, making it very convenient to access all functional areas. This actually works out as an advantage when traveling with kids, as you don't have to walk long distances. However, there are three minor drawbacks: 1. The dining quality significantly lags behind that of the Lotus Hotel. I suggest the hotel upgrade its meal standards. Adjusting room rates or dining prices accordingly would be feasible. For guests, the core appeal is the vacation experience, and improved dining would greatly boost overall reputation. 2. While the pool looks impressive, the water temperature is too low. Even with an outdoor temperature of 38℃ on that day, the pool water was still freezing cold, making it impossible to swim. This was a significant disappointment compared to expectations. 3. During my stay, there was a minor issue with room cleaning. Thankfully, the hotel, in coordination with Trip.com, resolved it efficiently and properly. Both the resolution process and the final outcome were very satisfactory. Compared to similar hotels in the Desert region, the Shansha Hotel is generally recommendable. Its unique, futuristic architecture resembles an interstellar island in the desert, making it a top choice for families with children."

"This stay was fantastic! The hotel parking was very convenient and spacious, and there's a water park right downstairs. I bought a package ticket that allowed unlimited water access during my stay, which was such a great deal! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and it was very quiet at night, so I slept very well. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were quick. They even kindly recommended nearby restaurants. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good; it was great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"We're locals, and we were so busy during the May Day holiday that we squeezed in a vacation on the last day of our break. The rooms were all quite nice. Our two families booked a courtyard suite for a little over 5,000 yuan a night, specifically for the beautiful courtyard and the lovely indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Service: The hotel staff were exceptionally good, always ready to help. They even brought us evening sweet soup and helped us order the fireplace in the courtyard. Cleanliness: The room and common areas were very clean. However, I really want to complain about the breakfast. It was pre-ordered the day before, and most of the items were pre-made, like bread and buns. The worst was the mutton shaomai (steamed dumplings). We immediately noticed something was wrong; it tasted rancid because it had been stored for too long, which was disgusting. We complained to the staff, mainly because we didn't want other out-of-town guests to eat it, but the chef in the kitchen said, "It's fine!" We were speechless 😓 After we finished eating, we saw other people who had just arrived already putting shaomai into their mouths. Environment: The environment is excellent. The facilities are also very comfortable; everything is pleasant. Welcome Fruit: There's a wide variety of fruit to enjoy, including oranges, apples, and plums. Vintage Bicycle Riding Experience: The staff even wiped down our bikes after it rained. Outdoor Bonfire: The bonfire was a lot of fun, and the stove was from a reputable brand!"
