GGuest Userwe bought rooms on club floor expecting to use Executive Lounge, but it was closed for personal use by the owner of the hotel. Then they should not sell club floor room. The rooms we stay also smell bad cigarettes and air condition is too warm and cannot adjust. Very bad stay. Good only the hotel restaurant, Blue Diamond Cafe, good food and good service.

The breakfast was, without a doubt, a major highlight. It was far beyond typical hotel fare—everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty. They offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, inner Mongolian buuz, Mongolian milk tea and made-to-order hot dishes. It was the perfect, delicious start to every morning. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring we had a peaceful night's sleep. This hotel offers amazing value and service, and we can't wait to return!

The room design was thoughtful; the bedside lighting was warm and not glaring, and the bedside table was fully equipped with everything from tissues to various service reminders. The overall environment was simple yet stylish, and the cleanliness was exceptional—every corner was spotless, making for a very comfortable stay.
The service was also very attentive; from check-in to responding to daily needs, everything was done promptly, demonstrating genuine care and sincerity. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure. It's a hidden gem of a hotel that offers both excellent value and comfort!

Despite low occupancy, hotel tried their best to serve a la carte 'buffet', other meals was full buffet - less quantity but still variesties are good. Food are mostly made in house including the chili oil- deliciuos, and the varieties of Baozi really excellent - the fillings are mostly without added sugar. customers servixe beyond expectations, courtesy and friendliness along with helpfulness is 👍👍.
The Aobao blessing experience is very indepth knowledge session, thankyou to the 'Teacher', he very passionately explain things to us.
The entrance to both Yusha Island (wet park) and XianSha Island (dry park inude zip line, driven atv rides, and such), camel rides - all unlimited... We went in late April, low season., no queue, was endless fun. Camel rides across both Islands (park) accompanied by beautiful scenery of the desert, we did 3 rides ar different timing, the sunset ride was mesmerising.
FUSHA Resort, albeit the room basic, but was clean, good sleep and spacious. Staff really exceptional friendly., even have unlimited coctail or liquor at the reception 'bar' at night alongside coffee and MILK tea.
Remember UV JACKET, hats, face mask, gloves.. Have fun!

They booked my trip to the Genghis Khan Mausoleum at a discounted price of RMB300/- The mausoleum occupies a big area and during this time, it is not crowded. A must for any foreign traveller. Enjoyed my stay in Ordos.

GGuest UserThe shower was small, and the room wasn't big either. I was thinking the cleanliness would be acceptable, but then there was a wet towel left under the sink... To make matters worse, there was a municipal power outage. The room was right next to the stairs, and there was a lot of noise from people carrying luggage downstairs early in the morning. The room wasn't soundproof either. The air conditioner didn't work either. The worst part was that I thought I could at least get some sleep even if it was noisy, but then the power came back on, and the TV automatically turned on again. I turned off the TV, and then the power went out again, then came back on, and the TV turned on again, then went out again. I was completely unable to sleep. Because of the power outage, there was no food for breakfast, and I had to use two candles to keep the other things warm. How could they even charge for breakfast? Breakfast was listed as an extra charge when I booked the room. While the municipal power outage is unavoidable, it definitely affected the experience. I specifically chose a new hotel, and the entrance was hard to find. Three cars behind us all went to the wrong entrance.

ZZhoujinchen～The room was pretty good. This seemed to be the cheapest room type with a bathtub (and complimentary bathtub liner). They offer a free extra bed for kids. Even with the extra bed, we could still open our 28-inch suitcase. I saw the cheapest room without a tub, and it was indeed too small.
The hotel facilities are excellent, with lots of entertainment options, including sports, arcade games, and a kids' playground. Sandboards and sand toys are also provided. The outdoor splash pool is large and beautiful; it would probably be great for swimming in the summer. Although the hotel is massive, they have a mini-train service for transfers, which the kids absolutely loved. Even during the May Day holiday when the hotel was full, we didn't have to wait too long for transfers.
The food variety changed quite a bit over our two-day stay, so we didn't get bored. Drinks are free-flowing on the ground floor lounge and third floor, so basically, besides shopping, you don't need to spend any other money here. I personally felt that the quality and variety of dishes were better when there were more people.
Most of the staff provided excellent service, especially the front-door staff. They were always friendly and helpful when we came and went, proactively assisting with anything we asked. They truly are the face of the hotel!
Downsides:
1. The hotel was a bit warm. We were told the air conditioning couldn't cool at the time in the room. It only got less hot when we left the curtains open and let the sun in. The restaurants and other areas weren't very cool either. I wonder if it cools down in the summer; it might be unbearable for people sensitive to heat.
2. During the May Day holiday, there seemed to be too many part-time staff who clearly lacked pre-job training, especially in the restaurant! During dinner, a young server dropped a bowl while clearing dishes. I watched as the oil splattered all over our table, and the clothes of my family members sitting nearby got oil spots all over their backs. Two or three girls picked up the bowl and continued clearing the table, completely disregarding whether anyone around them had been splashed. I didn't even receive an apology. When I saw my family's backs, I realized the food on the table must have been contaminated, and I instantly lost my appetite. I asked the server, ”You splattered us, shouldn't we at least get an apology and a wet wipe to clean up?” The server said she also got splashed, which is why she didn't realize. I feel this isn't the kind of service I should expect from a hotel that costs over 5,500 yuan per night. If only I had received an apology immediately after the bowl dropped, I would have said, ”No worries!”
3. The dry-wet separation shower stall had no place to put clothes. If the children were older, it probably wouldn't be suitable to share the same room, as showering would be inconvenient.

GGuest UserLet's start with the location. It's absolutely amazing. It's right in the heart of Dongsheng District's core business district, right to Wanda Plaza and behind Wangfujing. This location is truly amazing! I feel like a geographer, knowing all the advantages of this location. It's incredibly convenient to everything. Wangfujing Department Store is a 5-minute walk away, perfect for a relaxing stroll and some great food. Wanda Plaza is an 8-minute walk away, perfect for a post-meal snack break. The Ordos Oceanarium and Zoo are both about a 15-minute drive away, and the Xiangshawan Scenic Area is about a 50-minute drive, making it a simple day trip.
Entering the spacious and bright lobby, I instantly felt like a celebrity, radiating my own energy. The front desk staff were welcoming and attentive, their smiles warmer than the spring sun. Check-in was a breeze, and I felt like a VIP, enjoying exclusive treatment.
The room was even better! It was so spotless, I almost wondered if an invisible cleaner was constantly watching over me, ensuring not a speck of dust escaped. The bed was so soft, it felt like I was wrapped in a cloud. I slept soundlessly until dawn, transformed into a sleeping beauty. The soundproofing in the room was incredible; I almost wondered if I was alone. It was incredibly quiet, allowing me to enjoy my entertainment without worrying about disturbing others. The Wi-Fi signal was so strong that I felt like a complete internet geek, catching up on shows and playing games without a single lag. It was absolutely amazing.
The hotel also offers free parking, free laundry, and other amenities. They really understand us, their guests. This stay was a truly fantastic experience. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ordos! Trust me, family, just go!
