這是一家新開的民宿，有很多間房，環境比較好，主要是loft形式，能住一大家人，價格真的實惠哈哈。打掃的也很乾凈，服務也比較熱情。位於康巴什核心區，交通方便，以後再來康巴什還住這裏。

服務很好，接待服務人員態度很好，客服人員一般。客房衞生需要加強，枕頭上還有頭髮，對於是否每次清洗更換存疑。衞生間洗澡的地方，地漏漏得特別慢，洗澡的時候能把水沒過腳踝，無法站在那裡洗（除非不嫌臟），懷疑是地漏裏的頭髮很長時間沒有清理過。
