The front desk was gentle, the work was neat, and the problems were dealt with in time, and I was very satisfied. The hotel's hygiene is particularly in place, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the living is particularly comfortable. The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, the parking lot is sufficient, and the first choice for self-driving travel!

Staying at Shunsha, I had a VIP wristband, which allowed for a smooth cable car ride to the island via Ropeway No. 3. The staff at the transfer station were very enthusiastic and helpful, contacting a shuttle bus to take us to the hotel. The young lady at the lobby was incredibly beautiful and welcoming. The kids' entertainment area was fantastic, featuring a 3D printer, microscopes for observing animal and plant furs, and even microscopes to view sand from various islands. There was also a VR room next to it. The pool lifeguard was amazing, constantly monitoring the kids in their glass boats. The pool area had a fantastic vibe in the evening. The staff even set up beach chairs for guests to watch the sunset, which was incredibly thoughtful. The stargazing guide in the evening was very engaging and knowledgeable, and there were quizzes with many small gifts given out. The 'Round-the-World' cocktail at the Starry Sky Bar was beautiful and tasted excellent. The upgraded water-view room (for an extra charge) offered an amazing view. On weekend evenings, there was even hotpot by the pool, creating a wonderful atmosphere.

Hotel location is good to find, parking is convenient, the room is spacious and bright, the bedding is clean and tidy, the boss is warm and thoughtful, the hotel is close to the Kangbashi music fountain, recommend to everyone!

I went to Xiangshawan with my kids and compared a few hotels. The other three were all-inclusive, but since my kids are older, they'd have to pay extra, and they weren't really interested in the activities at Xiansha Island, so I chose this one instead. We drove to the Hualian Tourist Resort reception center to check in. After getting our wristbands and handing over our luggage to the staff, we took Cable Car No. 3 to the island. I added the butler on WeChat and contacted them after getting off the cable car to arrange a shuttle. The jeep shuttle drove quite fast, which the kids loved. They said our luggage would take 2-3 hours to arrive, but it actually came about half an hour after we got to our room. Because I left a note when booking asking for a quiet room, we were assigned to Zone 3, which is quite far away. It was a bit of a walk in and out. I noticed most guests around us had kids; some played late into the night, others woke up early to play, so I guess no matter where you stay, it won't be perfectly quiet. The room facilities were pretty good, and the space was quite large. The bathroom was very similar to those in Japanese hotels. There was a wooden drying rack, which many people moved outside their doors to air-dry their swimsuits overnight. The service was excellent. The WeChat butler answered all my questions promptly. The only issue was the light and noise affecting sleep; it was as bright as midday at 6 AM. Luckily, I had brought my own eye mask and earplugs.

The hotel service was excellent; they handled every request without any problem. The sweet potatoes at breakfast were delicious. When I asked where they came from, the restaurant immediately contacted a delivery person. Their thoughtful, accessible, and unreserved service deserves five stars.

Let's start with the location. It's absolutely amazing. It's right in the heart of Dongsheng District's core business district, right to Wanda Plaza and behind Wangfujing. This location is truly amazing! I feel like a geographer, knowing all the advantages of this location. It's incredibly convenient to everything. Wangfujing Department Store is a 5-minute walk away, perfect for a relaxing stroll and some great food. Wanda Plaza is an 8-minute walk away, perfect for a post-meal snack break. The Ordos Oceanarium and Zoo are both about a 15-minute drive away, and the Xiangshawan Scenic Area is about a 50-minute drive, making it a simple day trip. Entering the spacious and bright lobby, I instantly felt like a celebrity, radiating my own energy. The front desk staff were welcoming and attentive, their smiles warmer than the spring sun. Check-in was a breeze, and I felt like a VIP, enjoying exclusive treatment. The room was even better! It was so spotless, I almost wondered if an invisible cleaner was constantly watching over me, ensuring not a speck of dust escaped. The bed was so soft, it felt like I was wrapped in a cloud. I slept soundlessly until dawn, transformed into a sleeping beauty. The soundproofing in the room was incredible; I almost wondered if I was alone. It was incredibly quiet, allowing me to enjoy my entertainment without worrying about disturbing others. The Wi-Fi signal was so strong that I felt like a complete internet geek, catching up on shows and playing games without a single lag. It was absolutely amazing. The hotel also offers free parking, free laundry, and other amenities. They really understand us, their guests. This stay was a truly fantastic experience. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ordos! Trust me, family, just go!

The hotel's front desk service was excellent, and the environment was also very nice. The lobby design was simple and elegant, the room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a wide view, with a stunning night view! The corridors and public areas were clean and tidy. The front desk lady checked us in very quickly!

A fantastic stay from start to finish! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. What really made the experience special was the host’s kindness and generosity. The young man went out of his way to drive me to different locations, making it much easier to explore the area. He also cooked delicious food, which was a real highlight of my stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. His hospitality made me feel right at home, and I truly appreciated all the effort he put into making my visit enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We brought our kids to experience the Desert Starry Sky Capsule, and they absolutely loved the space-themed design the moment they saw it! The camp is located right in the desert, so you can go sandboarding and play in the sand right outside your door. The kids had an amazing time. The room was spotlessly clean, with plenty of hot water available 24/7, and all the amenities were comprehensive. The staff were warm and friendly, and the camp food was delicious and reasonably priced. There was also a lively bonfire party at night, and we even went stargazing in the desert. Overall, the parent-child experience was fantastic and it's highly recommended for families traveling with children!

Having stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I can't help but comment that this is the only hotel in the scenic area. It looks good based on the price, but only those who have stayed there know. 1. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and took my luggage on his own initiative. My first impression was quite good. As soon as I moved in, I discovered that the air conditioner was roaring loudly, the toilet button required skill - if you pressed it incorrectly the water would just keep flowing, and the sink drain was half-blocked, so after using it you had to wait for the water to flow out before you could use it again. There was a male waiter at the front desk with a bad attitude. I booked a family room for four people, and there were only two 335ml bottles of water in it. I asked for four more bottles, but he said it would be charged. This is the first time I heard that hotels charge for mineral water! The one point deducted from the service was by the male receptionist! The cleaning staff has a better attitude than the male waiter at the front desk! However, the fireworks show during the May Day holiday is still a plus!
