We had a minor hiccup during check-in when the air conditioner in one of our two rooms started leaking. However, the hotel promptly moved us to another room, reinstalled the child bed rail, and even sent up a bunch of drinks and toys. Their handling was professional and efficient. The fact that the child bed rail was screw-fixed really showed they understood a parent's concerns – thank you to the installer (I don't know their name!). The hotel is very family-friendly in all aspects, and a special shout-out to our duty manager, Ivan, who handled all our requests promptly and professionally. We will definitely bring our parents and children back to stay here again.

I purchased a pre-sale package that included tickets to Tinglin Garden, along with breakfast and dinner. The front desk service was excellent; they meticulously explained the different room types and provided the same great service, even for a pre-sale booking. They did their best to accommodate requests like a high-floor room and late check-out. Hearing that my child had a class, Tu Xinmin from the catering department thoughtfully brought yogurt and fruit for them. We're very grateful for this kind gesture. All the ladies at the front desk provided impeccable service. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but they offered delicious wontons, and the lady preparing them was very warm and friendly. The dinner included in the package featured items like salmon, conch, and even a mini hotpot – more than enough to fill us up! The staff were also very prompt in clearing tables. However, the hotel clearly shows its age. You definitely won't find smart home features in the rooms, though they do come equipped with a refrigerator, a small safe, and a bathtub. Parking was also convenient. Overall, if you're not picky about modern amenities, it offers excellent value for money.

Crown Plaza Kunshan is in a superb location, super convenient whether you're driving or taking the subway. Choosing to stay here for a trip to Kunshan was absolutely worth it! The hotel lobby feels grand and comfortable, and the service attitude, well, it's excellent! The room was spotless thanks to the cleaning staff, and they were very generous with the drinking water. The internet connection was fast, and the hot shower was fantastic—stable temperature and good water pressure. The air conditioning worked great too, making for a very comfortable stay. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my visit. Even though it rained today, I felt right at home. Everything was so cozy and comfortable. Definitely worth the trip!
