Not great value for money. I was driving through Kunshan and needed a place to stay for one night. I looked around and found Hualuxe (I'd stayed at one in Kunming and assumed it would be the same quality), so I booked it without hesitation. The underground parking felt a bit chaotic, and when I went upstairs to check in, the lobby was very noisy. There wasn't just one hotel reception desk; multiple hotels shared a single row. After finding the Hualuxe front desk and checking in, I went upstairs and noticed the elevators didn't require a key card to operate, which made me feel a bit uneasy about security. As I walked down the hallway, an unpleasant smell hit me. I thought it would be fine once I got into the room, but the room itself had a strong, musty, damp odor. The window was very high and blocked by a sofa, making it impossible to open. The biggest issue was that the duvet was completely damp (which is very unusual). Also, the swimming pool is shared with other hotels, so it was crowded, and the restrooms smelled terrible. On the plus side, the room was very spacious, the facilities were decent, and breakfast was quite extensive. The set meal for two at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor was prepared with great care and tasted delicious.

I purchased a pre-sale package that included tickets to Tinglin Garden, along with breakfast and dinner. The front desk service was excellent; they meticulously explained the different room types and provided the same great service, even for a pre-sale booking. They did their best to accommodate requests like a high-floor room and late check-out. Hearing that my child had a class, Tu Xinmin from the catering department thoughtfully brought yogurt and fruit for them. We're very grateful for this kind gesture. All the ladies at the front desk provided impeccable service. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but they offered delicious wontons, and the lady preparing them was very warm and friendly. The dinner included in the package featured items like salmon, conch, and even a mini hotpot – more than enough to fill us up! The staff were also very prompt in clearing tables. However, the hotel clearly shows its age. You definitely won't find smart home features in the rooms, though they do come equipped with a refrigerator, a small safe, and a bathtub. Parking was also convenient. Overall, if you're not picky about modern amenities, it offers excellent value for money.

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza Kunshan with my family during the Dragon Boat Festival, and as always, it was excellent! Fruit was delivered to the room in advance, and the A/C was set to a comfortable temperature – so thoughtful! The front desk service was impeccable, and the room's cleanliness was spot-on. The facilities were very comprehensive; I forgot my charger plug, and just as I was about to ask to borrow one, I noticed the room was equipped with USB ports, which was a nice touch! The Wi-Fi was super fast. I'm really grateful for this warm and welcoming hotel!

The check-in process was very thoughtful, and they upgraded my room. As soon as I opened the door, it felt like home – very pleasant and cozy. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast spread is excellent. The cleaning staff (auntie) was very meticulous and kind in cleaning the room.

I was on a business trip to attend an exhibition at the Kunshan International Convention and Exhibition Center. This hotel is very close to the Convention and Exhibition Center. According to the map, it is only about 2,000 meters away. It is a high-quality and affordable choice. Talk about real experience: The hotel lobby is really a lobby ”tall and majestic, with huge crystal chandeliers and a looming lobby bar.” Hotel room: Floor-to-ceiling windows are spacious, bright and comfortable. What should be praised is the large bathtub in the bathroom 🛁. After returning from the exhibition to the hotel room, I can quietly soak in the hot water for a while, stretch my muscles and bones, and wash away my fatigue. It is so comfortable and I feel very energetic. It's just a pity that I didn't bring a bather, haha. The transportation is very convenient. I took the bus: in the morning, it cost one yuan to get to the station 10 meters from the lobby and arrived at the exhibition venue. Convenient enough. A certain taxi-hailing software costs 8 yuan. There are also shared bicycles, you know, although it is close, the street view is not bad. Highly recommended, genuine and affordable

This is the most convenient five-star hotel for parking near Qiandeng, perfect for family trips. The kids have plenty of space to play, and adults can relax. The hotel's greenery is well-maintained, offering a great view from the window. The swimming pool water is exceptionally clean, and the temperature is just right. Overall, the hotel looks clean and refreshing, and the staff proactively greet guests in the lobby, which feels very welcoming. In summary, the dining experience at the hotel was well worth the price, even exceeding expectations.
