"The room is quite big, the facilities are very good, it's not bad, the surrounding greenery is good, and parking is convenient. The breakfast is very good. Ctrip originally booked two days, and the check-out time was 12 o'clock. Because the plane was late, I asked the front desk to check out at 14 o'clock. The front desk agreed very quickly. It's really humane. I will stay here next time. The service is very good, the facilities are also very good, large and comprehensive, and the stay is very comfortable. There is a noodle shop on the first floor, which is their own. The food is very delicious and the ingredients are also good. It's really good."

WWangjun2016Kunshan Times Crowne Plaza Hotel is great, a cost-effective
resort hotel.
The guest rooms are spacious and bright, and every detail exudes refinement and comfort. The soft bedding made me fall asleep as soon as I touched the pillow. The morning sun shone through the curtains on the bed, and the scenery in front of me seemed to invite me to enjoy a new day.
The dishes in the Western restaurant are rich and varied, and each dish is full of surprises. From traditional Mediterranean cuisine to modern creative dishes, all show the ingenuity of the chef.
In addition to comfortable rooms and food, the hotel also has a well-equipped gym. While enjoying the food, I sweated to my heart's content to maintain physical and mental health and vitality.
The service team of InterContinental's hotels also impressed me. There is nothing wrong with them. They always smile...~
Facilities: The rooms are large and quiet, with complete facilities and a strong sense of technology. The mattress is very comfortable, and the fully automatic toilet in the bathroom is great!
Hygiene: The five-star hotel has first-class hygiene, and every environment is clean and flawless. The hotel is also equipped with electric vehicle charging piles and two underground parking lots, which is very convenient for my self-driving guests.
Environment: The hotel environment is excellent, surrounded by garden roads and lakes, and there are large lawns and flower fields not far away, which is beautiful.
Service: The front desk receptionist is warm and smiling, and the catering service should be improved~~~Finally, special thanks to Xu Zhuo for his warm reception and service! 1915 guests will come again.

DDeshSriMy recent stay at the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the impeccable facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel at home during my short visit. The hotel's facilities were perfect, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious food served in a five-star setting. The only minor suggestion would be to clean the windows from the outside, as they appeared a bit dirty. However, this did not detract from the overall excellent experience. I highly recommend the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

GGuest UserStaying at Kunshan Huaqiao Meilun International Hotel was an experience beyond expectation! The staff was warm and thoughtful, providing considerate service from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious and bright, with modern and intelligent facilities, perfect bedding comfort, excellent sound insulation, and a good night's sleep. The breakfast was rich and varied, with both Chinese and Western food, especially the freshly cooked noodle stalls and local steamed dumplings. The hotel is in a prime location, within walking distance of Metro Line 11, directly connected to downtown Shanghai, and convenient dining in the surrounding business districts. The gym and conference rooms are fully equipped, suitable for both business and leisure. The quality is reflected in every detail, such as the soothing tea and snacks given by the turndown service, which makes you feel warm. Whether it is a business trip or a family vacation, this is an ideal choice, highly recommended!

DDima DiI really like this hotel, it is already the third time I come here and for good reasons. It has a little something special then the regular tipical hotels offer. Like the nespresso coffee, or the soft comfy pillows for example.
Positively to mention is the staff. Speak good English and very friendly, like Jessie or David Wei for example. David not only speaks very good English, but threw in a free upgrade for me which made me feel special. The suite of the hotel is very spacious and offer plenties.
Highlight of this hotel, what I don't find anywhere else for this budget is the wellness area. Big pool, outstanding gym with TRX and body workout equipment. Best, however is the sauna with a cold plunge. A cold water plunge is almost impossible to find in other hotels, unless you are waaaaay in higher budget.
So for those out there practicing sauna + cold plunge, this is with no doubt your choice.

MM4536921210I stayed at the newly opened Sheraton for two nights. When I checked in that day, the front desk offered me a free upgrade to an executive room, but it felt like a scam. The room looked exactly like the pictures I'd originally booked, so I didn't get an upgrade. I'd noted it was our anniversary, but I was disappointed to find no welcome fruit, drinks, or cakes on the bed. I should have at least had a flower on the bed. It was such a shame to spend our anniversary here! The next day, I returned to the room at 5:00 PM, but it still hadn't been cleaned. I also had dinner at Caiyuexuan on the first floor, but the food there wasn't as good as the reviews had suggested. It felt like it was spammed with reviews and tasted terrible. You wouldn't expect a five-star hotel to produce such quality. The waiter couldn't pronounce any of the dishes. Even after I ordered, he brought me a menu and asked me to order, having completely forgotten I'd already taken my order. Halfway through my meal, he suddenly said he was going to remove my soup. I was so surprised! This kind of service is really not good. Finally, on Monday morning, when I was about to check out, I went to have breakfast. At 7:10, the dishes were not yet complete. The pot was empty. The basic wonton noodles were served. The waiter told me that the water had not yet boiled and I needed to wait 15 minutes before he could cook the noodles and wontons for me. I want to ask, doesn't breakfast start at 6:30? Anyway, the service is poor and a bit chaotic.
