Find 5-Star Hotels in Kunshan

This hotel was a pleasant surprise and offered excellent value for money! 👍 With the Suzhou culture and tourism subsidy, we paid less than 500 RMB for a family room. 📍 **Location** * Just 3 km from Kunshan Urban Forest Park – perfect for camping, cycling, animal encounters, and kids' activities (both powered and unpowered). * A 7-8 minute walk to Mixc One for all your dining and shopping needs. * Also quite close to Metro Line 11 station. 🏨 **Hotel Facilities** * The front desk thoughtfully provides self-service items like earplugs, band-aids, and disinfectant wipes. * The family room is incredibly detailed, offering a children's toilet seat, bath bags, kids' books, and building blocks. * The room is spacious, the air conditioning is good, and the TV allows screen casting, making it very comfortable overall. * There's a splash pool on the 12th floor, open annually from June 15th to September 15th. We didn't get to experience it this time. 🍜 **Breakfast was a pleasant surprise** * The restaurant isn't huge but never had a queue, and the dining environment was comfortable. * While not a massive selection, there was enough variety for a satisfying meal, especially friendly for those with Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai palates. * Highly recommend the mixed noodles, egg rolls, and beef brisket. * They also had herbal jelly and snacks for the kids. 📝 They even provided welcome snacks + drinks, and gave the kids toys upon check-out. The emotional value was definitely delivered! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kunshan, especially for family trips!

The environment is great! And the suite I requested was excellent value for money, and it even had a bathtub 🛁. Manager Shao Dan was very thoughtful; she informed me in advance that I could order takeout and even accommodated my personalized requests. Many thanks! The location is also very convenient with lots of food options nearby, and the transportation is good too 👍. Overall, a great experience. Thumbs up! 👍

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a bathtub. The hotel pool was a big hit with the kids, who had a great time over the weekend, and the adults were able to relax too. The hotel service was also excellent; they gave little gifts to the children both at check-in and check-out. We had a minor hiccup during check-in when the air conditioner in one of our two rooms started leaking. However, the hotel promptly moved us to another room, reinstalled the child bed rail, and even sent up a bunch of drinks and toys. Their handling was professional and efficient. The fact that the child bed rail was screw-fixed really showed they understood a parent's concerns – thank you to the installer (I don't know their name!). The hotel is very family-friendly in all aspects, and a special shout-out to our duty manager, Ivan, who handled all our requests promptly and professionally. We will definitely bring our parents and children back to stay here again.

This stay exceeded my expectations; the overall experience was incredibly comfortable. Both the facilities and the service were exceptional, and I highly recommend it. The hotel even has a heated swimming pool, which was a great bonus. The hotel's overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the public areas are clean, tidy, and well-laid out, creating a warm and refined atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with good ventilation and natural light. The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress firmness is just right, effectively relieving travel fatigue for an excellent night's sleep. All basic room amenities are available; the air conditioning provides stable heating and cooling, hot water supply is ample and consistent, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation is very well done, clean, and odor-free, with good quality toiletries. The hotel staff as a whole are very service-oriented, friendly, and welcoming, making you feel at ease throughout your stay. The front desk handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly. The staff were professional and patient, proactively offering information about hotel services and local attractions, and readily answering all questions. Highly recommended!

Crown Plaza Kunshan is in a superb location, super convenient whether you're driving or taking the subway. Choosing to stay here for a trip to Kunshan was absolutely worth it! The hotel lobby feels grand and comfortable, and the service attitude, well, it's excellent! The room was spotless thanks to the cleaning staff, and they were very generous with the drinking water. The internet connection was fast, and the hot shower was fantastic—stable temperature and good water pressure. The air conditioning worked great too, making for a very comfortable stay. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my visit. Even though it rained today, I felt right at home. Everything was so cozy and comfortable. Definitely worth the trip!

The service in the hotel is good, and everything you need is basically there. The hotel room is very comfortable, and the furniture is not fashionable but it is clean and hygienic. The shower faucet is large and the water pressure is great. It is really a non-stop water bill. The word ”cool” must be praised. The breakfast is also quite rich, so you can save money by having lunch. Their Chinese restaurant has a large portion of dishes and the prices are not expensive. The young man who ordered the dishes was very patient in explaining the recommendations. We enjoyed drinking and chatting and the meal took a long time. They didn't rush us, unlike some restaurants that are impatient. To visit Huiju Temple Park, take a taxi and travel 3 kilometers. The starting price is 9 yuan. The bustling tourists in the park are well organized and the landscaping is pretty good. There is also a ********* style snack street.

This is the most convenient five-star hotel for parking near Qiandeng, perfect for family trips. The kids have plenty of space to play, and adults can relax. The hotel's greenery is well-maintained, offering a great view from the window. The swimming pool water is exceptionally clean, and the temperature is just right. Overall, the hotel looks clean and refreshing, and the staff proactively greet guests in the lobby, which feels very welcoming. In summary, the dining experience at the hotel was well worth the price, even exceeding expectations.
